The stay was pleasant for the group. We had a good time within the parameters authorized by the owners. Suggestion: Check the operation of the hydropneumatic pump. The water pressure is too weak. It's difficult to have a good shower because the shower is low and requires maintenance. The house itself requires deep cleaning (painting, washing floors, checking the laundry room; there was a lot of odor and it spread to the terrace) and repair of some fans since the chains were damaged. From there, the rest of the house is habitable, but those areas require attention.

The house is very nice and in a very good location, but the pool was dirty and we couldn't use it. The bathrooms smelled bad; they hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioners weren't maintained; they didn't cool the room, and the filters were very dirty.

The house is very comfortable, even for large groups, with different living areas and in a very private and safe neighborhood. The pool is perfect for all ages. It's a very good size and very well designed. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning in excellent condition, making the best use of every possible corner. I would recommend this house to anyone and I will definitely keep it among my options for my next trips.

I really don't know if I was the one who made the mistake, but from the beginning I thought it would be close to the beach, restaurant, and recreation areas. They really need to clarify that it's not close to the beach. The area of The The pool is quite slippery. It needs to be covered with non-slip material. Two of my guests fell, and one of them even hit his nose. They can check the cameras and take note, for Everything else is fine. There was no problem, but as I said, it may have been my misjudgment. A very good place, a bit away from the center, which is ideal for a peaceful atmosphere. The manager, Toño, was very friendly and helped us with every detail of the house. The stay was as advertised. The only thing to be aware of is the electricity limit; we were there for just a few hours and almost reached the limit.
