We love the Terrasol resort and have stayed in 5 other units. Unfortunately, this unit is by far the worst. The bed linens were dated and of low quality. The mattress pad was horribly stained and gross. It was nice we could split the king bed into 2 twin beds for the kids. The mattress pad from the closet was also stained. There were only two bathroom washcloths for the entire unit. There were enough towels but again they were very dated and over used. Master bath door wouldn't close. Silverware, plates, glasses were all a mixed set. My best comparison is the kitchen set up for my first college apartment. Just hand-me-downs. Not what you'd expect at an AirBNB beach rental. The living room curtains were worn and hard to operate. The outdoor patio cushions were way past replacement, sun bleached and torn. We had a great trip. Very disappointed in the lack of care of this unit. Paint, a deep clean, and new sheets and towels from Walmart would be a simple cheap and effective face-lift.

The door issue was caused by a previous guest and was repaired right after your departure. Everything has now been restored to match the listing photos. We always strive to be responsive and ensure our guests have a great stay, which is why we were surprised not to hear from you during your visit. Most issues like these can be quickly resolved when brought to our attention right away. We had a wonderful stay! Me, my husband our 4 year old daughter and mother stayed for a week. Everything was clean and so peaceful. The marina was a short walk away. Kathya’s place had a fantastic view, we able to see whales and dolphins jumping out of the water every morning. Would stay again!

Location was quiet and peaceful, but walking distance to any amenities you may want. Condo is large, comfortable, and very functional. I will stay there again!

We loved Kathya’s place. Perfect for a small family. Easy access to the beach which was sadly not swimmable, the pools and the lobby. We walked into town easily and around the marina. I would recommend.

Host did not inform us AC did not work … and then “seemed surprised “ that there was a problem. Slow to respond, and when she did used the excuse we “did not report it soon enough.”

Hi David, this 2 stars review, seems like a retaliation for not getting us to pay for your vacations, the air conditioner worked during your stay and stopped working the last 2 nights and you reported it 1 night before leaving, it was imposible for us to bring a tech during Sunday because of the hoa rules thats why i gave you a refund according to what airbnb suggested , you requested for us to pay for your whole vacations, which obviously airbnb rejected, please stay in a hotel next time because no owner on airnb will pay you to stay in their property for free.

The place was perfect for our vacation. Clean and well stocked. The on site pools were perfect for a relaxing day and the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We did struggle with getting the host to respond to our questions before the trip, she did not reply at all to two messages. While there she was also slow to respond to inquiry’s. We accidentally left a bag and she never responded to our requests to see if we could have it shipped to us at our expense. Overall I would recommend the place just don’t expect good communication from the host.

Hi Karen, thank you for your review, i am glad you liked the Condo and that you loved Terrasol, it is certainly Beautiful, also happy you had great time in the property and that you found it reasonable in terms of prices, our concierge had a baby recently and we were in between trainings, so yes the comunication was slow that week. apologies, we found the bag and will go over to DHL to check how much is the cost to Ship it to you. Look forward hosting you in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Walked to the marina from our place. Being able to walk out on the sand and to watch the ocean from the patio was a bonus.

AirBNB reservation did not have unit number in reservation to show at check-in desk. Resort address did not match GPS location. Unit was several steps (or long ramp walk) away from check-in, which was unexpected for the elderly guests we had. Made it difficult for them to go back and forth from unit to car parking for daily meals. Unit itself was dusty when we entered, and had patio cushions and umbrellas stored in living room. Looks like the unit was not in use for a while and had slightly dusty floors (not too bad, just surprised). Everything else matched descriptions. Access to (non-swimmable) beach was fantastic and the best part of the unit. Can just walk out of the patio onto the sand. Things that could have been better: would have been good to provide vacuum to be able to clean during our stay. Also, would have been nice to have laundry detergent provided (like many other AirBnb's) to be able to use laundry. Master bath exhaust fan was non-operational. Decent stay overall.

I stayed here for a week with my college-aged son, while we went fishing. Very nice place! We cooked a few night in the kitchen and went out the rest of the nights. Great pools, bar, restaurant (breakfast and lunch only), and 15 min walk to the marina. Note: the beach right outside of this condo has some of the best surf fishing in the area, certainly the best publicly available spot. So, bring your pole and tackle!

He’s loved our stay! The condo is spacious with a beautiful view and a peaceful location within the complex. We appreciated being able to check in and early and have many provided essentials. Terrasol resort has a great laid back vibe and is within walking distance (or a quick $5 Uber) to the marina, downtown, Médano Beach or whatever you want to do. So many good restaurants to try. Tip: Chileno Bay Beach is 20 minutes away and worth the trip. We can’t wait to visit Cabo again!

With ocean views and sounds of the crashing waves, this was such a wonderful place to stay in Cabo. The apartment felt peaceful and secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the town, yet only a very short walk into town or into the marina. The beach is definitely not swimmable, but we climbed over the rocks at the end of the beach to get to Lovers Beach and had it all to ourselves. The pools are large and were mostly quiet which was incredible. The apartment was well stocked with everything you'd need. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at 113 Terrasol. The location is by far the most outstanding feature - private terrace overlooking the ocean. The unit was perfect and had all the amenities we needed - in fact the pictures did not do it justice. The main bedroom is expansive and directly overlooks the ocean! The terrasol grounds are stunning and so picturesque! With two pools (including a swim up bar), coupled with the serene beach (quiet), this location cant be beat. Will be returning again.
