You have done a wonderful job with this house. The landscaping is beautiful. For visitors passing through being able to walk to the beach and town yet have a private pool and outdoor dining area make this ideal. The furniture you have made is functional very attractive. It creates a unique and consistent feeling throughout the house. Everything is comfortable.

Just got back from our week at Single Fin. The house was immaculate and had everything you would need. The location was ideal and close to restaurants, beaches, and shops. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was very responsive and had lots of great recommendations for local excursions, restaurants, and stores. Highly recommend Single Fin! My family and I can't wait until our next trip to Santa Teresa, we are already missing it!

We had the absolute best time here! You can’t beat the location, just steps from the best restaurants and all the best of Santa Teresa, yet high enough off the road that there is complete quiet and total privacy. The pool and outdoor space is truly amazing. Book this place. You wont regret it!

We had the absolute best time staying at single fin! This was our first time in Santa Teresa, and it was the perfect location right in the middle of everything just off a short hill. Walking distance to Public Beach entrance and many great restaurants and markets. There is a short hill that is fairly steep about four houses up. It is walkable if you’re careful, but a UTV or ATV is helpful. The House was absolutely beautiful. Everything inside was clean and beyond comfortable. I barely missed home from my two week stay. I stand out is the pool and the beautiful landscaping. We saw monkeys and beautiful birds from the backyard. Julia and Caesar were so communicative and helpful with anything that we needed during our stay. We felt like friends staying at their place! Super hospitable!

We had an amazing stay at Single Fin! The house is even better in person, beautifully designed with an open-concept layout that feels spacious, airy, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Every room was spotless, clean, and completely clutter free, which made the whole space feel calm and easy to settle into. The outdoor area is definitely a highlight. The pool and surrounding space were perfect for hanging out, cooling off, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The entire property is incredibly quiet, and we loved being able to hear the sound of the ocean in the distance. The balconies were also a favorite spot, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. Julia and César were wonderful hosts, super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always happy to help. The location is peaceful yet close enough to everything in Santa Teresa. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our family’s trip, and we would absolutely stay

absolutely amazing place to stay! we loved every second of it and the owners are also super quick in answering your questions or needs. great place to stay, amazing house, great pool where we could hang out but also jump in. 10/10 recommend it.

The house is beautiful, it is very centrally located and close to the beach, the shower has hot water which is excellent, the host is very friendly. To get to the house you have to go up a stone slope that is not suitable for cars, especially if it rains, the car can skid and the bathrooms have a permanent strange smell like from the pipe, the pool is too deep, we couldn't even reach it on tiptoe, let alone children, the check-in time is very late and the check-out time is very early, apart from that, the house was beautiful and we had a very good time ✨

Single Fin is a very special place! Surfers paradise! Very clean! Loved the pool. They were very responsive and took great care of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Pat and Julia's house. We traveled as a family —my husband, our two daughters and I— and from the first moment we felt right at home. The property is really beautiful, decorated with exquisite taste and surrounded by carefully landscaped grounds. Every corner conveys harmony and comfort. The house is super equipped, nothing is missing. You can tell that everything was designed to make the experience comfortable and pleasant. Julia was a great host: always attentive, available for any questions and with a warmth that is appreciated. We spent an unforgettable vacation in a heavenly setting and in a place that reflects dedication and love in every detail.
