The dissatisfaction is mainly due to having to wait for a person for check-in The pillows and beds were very damp, and the tub was dirty with bird droppings. The water in the showers came out with dirt until the second day, when it improved. The air conditioning smelled very musty.

The place itself is very nice, with easy access to the beach. I would improve the location, as it is listed as being about 50 meters from the beach, but there is no internet access of any kind at the Airbnb. I was also surprised that there was no microwave, which I feel is an absolute must. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, and I would recommend it.

The place was very nice. There was a little bit of an odor in this space, but it was a very humid week. We unfortunately had to pay a late fee, because our New Jersey plane was delayed and we were traveling with 18 people for my wedding ends. We also had to change Tour buses in the middle of our ride because we were all too heavy for the one we had and then we had trouble finding all of our Airbnb so we were significantly late. Fabio did wait for us and we appreciate that very much.

We were generally satisfied. The numerous worms have made us a little bit. We are aware that we have to expect insects in a tropical country, but we had no problems in other accommodations in Costa Rica in the same price range. The location is good, very close to the beach. The communication was also impeccable. However, it also rained very heavily when it rained, especially in the living room. The communication was also always very good.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities—it was fairly close to town, about a 10 minute drive or 35 minute walk. The beach was about 7 mins away. We did have some issues with cleanliness, the kitchen hasn’t been cleaned very well, there were grease stains on the stove, the trash was full and smelly, and the bed covers had stains. If not for those issues this would have been an easy 5 stars.

The house is very beautiful, quiet and cozy, the host is very communicative, friendly and attentive, we had a good time. However, there are some very important points for improvement that I would like to mention 1- The cleanliness of the house was not the best. When we arrived there were several things that did not look clean, including the carpet in the room, which looked dirty or very stained, and the garden was overgrown and had many leaves, from the day we entered. 2- There are many insects, it is understandable because there is a lot of nature, but there should be better fumigation of the place. When we arrived there were 15 worms approximately in each room which climbed everywhere and a cockroach in the clean dishes. 3- In one of the bathrooms, the shower has a terrible drain. The room flooded because the water does not go away. All the water goes to the side of the door. And in the kitchen the second day the water came out too. 4- The back part is not yet fenced, it is all barbed wire, which did not seem very safe to me.

Hello, important points The back has no wall, it is closed only with barbed wire, which is not safe We had a situation, the neighbor told us that someone had entered the property and they had to call the police I think that for the cost of the place, they should close that part of the property to make it safe No hair dryer There are many insects inside the rooms
