No complaints! This stay was wonderful and the host was just as great. Very clean, nice safe area and it’s a security at the entrance which adds a bit of security on the property. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We loved staying in Karen’s place during our trip to Nicaragua to see family. The house was really comfortable, super clean and exactly like the photos - really nice decor. The neighbourhood felt very safe and our kids ended up making friends and playing football with the local kids on the communal football pitch each night which was a lovely bonus. Karen was always really responsive. We had a cleaning service a few times when we were there which was great value and they always left the house spotless. We’d definitely stay again :)

Nice place to stay with friends or family. Very quiet and comfortable place. You can walk around the neighborhood without any problems, and you are safe. Very nice house and the stay in it was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and always attentive.

Excellent place to stay for business, vacation, or events in Nicaragua. Felt like I was at home. Very clean and organized place. My kids and wife were very happy with the comfort, security, and quietness of this house. I will definitely book again in the future with Karen. Karen is very highly professional and was quick to respond to inquiries and questions in regards to the unit. Very nice house

Karen’s house was located near shops like PriceSmart (think Sam’s or Costco so need membership), Walmart, and La Plaza Once (had la colonia which is like a Vons/safeway). The house is off a main highway so getting to it can be tricky and then leaving you need to do a u-turn to get back on the highway. It fit our family of 7 nicely, however the single bedroom is off the kitchen and is separated from the “main” house so if you have a teen that wants their own room and bathroom this is great but for my elderly mother or small kids not convenient. Karen was super attentive and easy to communicate with :) she replaced the propane tank and informed us that we could have additional service if needed. Overall a great location to Carretera Masaya, easy to get to Catarina or Masaya. Would definitely come back!

Everything's perfect

We frequently visit Nicaragua to spend time with family, and we’ve stayed at various hotels and Airbnbs in the past. However, this time was the best experience we’ve had. The house was conveniently located near our family’s place, and the neighborhood was peaceful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The house itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with air conditioning throughout. Despite our large family, we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Even our teenagers felt very comfortable. Karen, the host, was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and always willing to assist us. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Capri. Karen was super responsive from the moment we booked—quick replies, clear communication, and always happy to help. The house was in amazing condition when we arrived: clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It felt like staying in a home that’s loved, not just rented out. Would absolutely stay again.
