It was an amazing beautiful and peaceful place to stay! I personally would reccomend a 4x4 just for a peace of mind and take tolls if you don’t want to go through the mountain! Len and Vani were so helpful when it came to anything we needed as well as the reccomendations that were UNLIMITED. They have a great guidebook with all types of reccomendations and they also are so sweet to talk to. The location was beautiful and close to multiple waterfalls that took our breath away. They have a beautiful pool and hot tub that was relaxing to be in weather it was day or night and we loved their sweet pups. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in and it was anazing to wake up to the natural sunrise, we hope to come back soon!

Most reviews are mainly about the home itself, but this one is half the home and half the hosts. We came to Dominical expecting it to just be a stop along the way, but it ended up being our favorite stop on our honeymoon road trip. The property is absolutely stunning. Before we met Len and Vani, we noted to ourselves how intentional the property design, Airbnb, everything felt. Our first morning there, we enjoyed great birdwatching from the balcony, and then ventured around their very large orchard to pick fruit and explore. We then met Len, Vani, and their gardener and it felt like we met old friends. They are extremely kind, curious to get to know you, and shared our love for nature and adventure. They gave us a great food and waterfall recommendation that became some of our top highlights. Len and Vani are great company, great hosts, and truly exude the “pura vida” vibe of Costa Rica. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had the most amazing 5 night stay at Casa Caracara. The home was spotless and stocked with anything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking—the pictures on the listing really don’t do it justice! We loved waking up to the call of countless birds and winding the day down with gorgeous sunsets seen from the pool. Len and Vani were wonderful hosts—great communication, incredibly kind and offered fantastic recommendations for both local excursions and food options. We can’t say enough good things about Len and Vani and Casa Carscara. If we come back to Costa Rica, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Len and Vani!

This was the highlight of our trip in Costa Rica. This place was pure magic, exceeded all expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice. We would stay here again and again. Extremely clean, and the hosts were so friendly, kind and gave us great recommendations in the area.

This space has truly taken a huge piece of our hearts. From start to finish, Vani and Len’s hospitality, communication, and thoughtful recommendations were absolutely everything. They made us feel so welcomed. We completely fell in love with Casa Caracara, the breathtaking views, the surrounding mountains, the peaceful sounds of birds chirping, and waking up to toucans in the morning. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax your mind and body, and truly feed your soul. Casa Caracara has become my happy place, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. what to say instead it was paradise! I'm not joking. its just beautiful. The host are the greatest and the dogs the ice on the cake. We love to wakes up with the birds. We love to talk to Len and Vani... Really don't try to look any where else this house is perfect

We had an excellent stay; truly a slice of paradise, and a highlight of our vacation! The hosts, Len and Vani, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like family. They were very responsive to any needs we had, and connecting with them made the whole experience so fulfilling. The villa offers an incredible view for birdwatching, so bring a scope. The space is clean, modern, and beautifully built and maintained; though the footprint is not large, the thoughtful design makes the space ample for 2 and a younger child. The kitchen is of high quality, with good cookware and sharp knives. Washer/dryer on lower level very convenient. The saltwater pool and hot tub are superb, with a stunning garden setting and expansive view of the mountain valley; they can be used from morning to evening, with a heads-up for hot tub heating, and are shared with the hosts’ residence and another guesthouse on the property. The grounds are thoughtfully planted. Highest recommendation!!

A little piece of heaven… beautiful place, everything was perfect. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed it to the fullest!!!

Len and Vani’s place was such a dream to stay at, absolute paradise. The house looked exactly as pictured and was very clean. It was great to be able to relax in the hot tub and pool and we loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle each day. They also have the two sweetest dogs, and their pup Reina always lovingly greeted us whenever we would return from our daily adventures. Communication was excellent. Fantastic location!!!, cozy villa with all amenities, an excellent swimming pool. For the convenience of your stay, you will need a car to go for groceries or to the beach.
