This is probably the nicest Vila in the entire area. beautiful peaceful place, and a great view to the water. I would definitely come back to this place!!

Talk about a home away from home! Every corner of the place was beautiful. The views are dream worthy and we felt so at peace our entire stay! Omer was an amazing host, who despite being out of the country, made it his job to always be attentive and responsive. Cannot recommend this home enough and I will be definitely be back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Omer went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and welcoming. Communication was clear and quick, check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless. Every little detail was thought of, from the cozy touches in the home to local recommendations that made our trip even better. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and I’d definitely love to come back again!

Par en Par: Pura Vida Bliss! Our four-week stay at Par en Par in Santa Teresa was a true Pura Vida escape. This stunning villa, one of the village’s best, boasts a two-level design with Pacific views toward Mal Pais. The infinity pool and deck rival top boutique hotels, blending ocean vistas with a serene jungle backdrop. Nature surrounds you—howler monkeys, hummingbirds, and iguanas abound. Host Omer’s restaurant and tour tips were spot-on, while Erika’s daily cleaning and laundry service added unexpected luxury. Just a 5-minute walk to surfing, yoga, shops, and dining, the villa’s 4WD-accessible road is manageable. Perfect for families or couples, it offers plush bedding and tranquility. Santa Teresa shines with surf, yoga, and boutiques. Thanks, Omer and Par en Par—we’ll be back! Pura Vida!

This was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed in Costa Rica! The home itself is absolutely beautiful. Modern, but still feels like a home! Everything is in top shape and the hosts keep the house spotless for you. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but the service that comes along with the stay is amazing. The host, Omer, made sure everything we wanted to do was possible! He had amazing recommendations and connections, and he was incredibly resourceful and responsive when we inquired about anything. We are sad to go but hope to return!

Absolutely incredible stay! Par en Par was even more beautiful than the photos. The views were truly breathtaking — we could see the ocean from every room and loved the privacy each space offered. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. The pool was a dream — clean, serene, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. The service was top notch. Omer was responsive, helpful, and always friendly. Any questions and requests were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at Par in Par was amazing. Our host, Omer, was very friendly and proactive, helping us with any and all of our needs, and recommending amazing restaurants and beach clubs. The house is amazing, with a breath taking view. Santa Teresa is incredible, with one of the most beautiful sun sets we have ever seen, and we recommend it to everyone. If I had to point out one thing for improvement, the rooms’ curtains don’t block out the sun at all, which made us wake up very early.

We felt so relaxed especially looking at the ocean from the balcony and from sitting on the sofa. Omer was very responsive to my questions and there was daily cleaning service.

This house is spectacular. It is exactly as advertised, so i wont repeat everything you can read here. Some details that aren’t mentioned: 1) 5-star-hotel-quality bedding set-up, we stayed in 3 different high-end villas during our recent stay, this one offered the most amazing sleep 2) amazing host / property management: Omer was very responsive and really cared about making our stay as memorable as possible, small issues were fixed / addressed immediately 3) This house is super central yet very calm and quiet - which is very rare these days in Santa Teresa due to so many construction sites. You will need some form of motorized vehicle to get up the hill 4) extreme privacy: Although you have a 180 degree view of jungle and the ocean, somehow there is not a single house or street that can look into the house or its garden. This also is very rare to find in Santa Teresa 5) the pool area is so amazing it makes think twice whether to go to the beach or just chill by the pool

I have been to Santa Teresa numerous times. Par en Par in the best place I have stayed hands down. Perfect location. Beautiful property. Great service from Omer and the cleaning staff. Book immediately if available. You won’t regret it. Epic. Thanks guys.!

The experience exceeded all expectations. My girlfriend and I came to celebrate her birthday, and we were welcomed with balloons, fruits, and a lovely greeting from the host. Omer, the host, was professional and charming. He was responsive during our stay and had great recommendations. The house is stunning, better than the pictures. it has everything you, need and beautifully designed. Great location, close to everything and near great restaurants. Truly a dream place. What a magical place this is!! The house is extraordinary! It’s perfect for a group of friends like us. There are 3 floors and the bedrooms are on the opposite sides on 2 floors and have same size so everyone has enough privacy and has a similar room. The outdoor area is amazing, with beautiful views of the Santa teresa beach and lots of wildlife around the house. Omer, the host, was super nice! The best we’ve ever had! He was very responsive. We couldn’t find the light in the pool so he came and had it turned on for us immediately. He can help you book trips and give local recommendations. There’s daily housekeeping and Lila and Frances were amazing! You really don’t need to do anything! Just relax and enjoy the place and surroundings. Would recommend this place to everyone!
