The staff was exceptional. Responsive, friendly, hospitable. The Azul restaurant food was great, service exceptional. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The resort as a whole is beautiful. There is a short walk down hill to get to the beach, beach side restaurant and pool. Could be challenging for some with any physical issues. After reading reviews prior to my stay, I contacted Blue Roatan to confirm that all amenities would be open and no construction or reno noise would be disrupting. I was assured everything would be open and quiet. The newer pool, restaurant and retail spaces were wonderful, beautiful and staffed, however only made available to cruise ship tour groups. While another option was available, they were not as nice and had daily shifts of cruise ship guests. Additionally, construction was occurring everyday during our stay. Which was very disruptive to the tranquility of our visit. Potential at this resort is great. However, very disappointing during our stay.

Regarding the Beach Club operations, I would like to clarify that welcoming cruise guests is part of our current business model. For this reason, we do not position the Beach Club as a fully private facility. Blue Roatan was a great stay with a beautiful property and plenty of open space for a group. The location is excellent just a short walk to the pool/restaurant area , about 20 minute walk to West Bay, and the dock is a wonderful feature with easy access to water taxis for exploring other areas. Everyone was very helpful during our stay. A few things to note: the water pressure in the showers isn’t very strong, the kitchen only had a few items such as salt, and while towels were provided in the bathroom, there were no extra blankets for the sofa couch. Overall, it’s a lovely property in a great location!

We loved our stay! Very comfortable and beautiful place. We loved the attention at the resort. Everyone was attentive and accommodating. Restaurants were fabulous and it all felt very private.

Beautiful home in the perfect location half way between West End and West Bay. Just a short walk to the fun and welcoming Beach Club with delicious food, a refreshing pool and access to the beach. We walked 5 minutes every morning to a fantastic dive shop - Clearwater Adventures. The place itself was spacious, clean, and well appointed very comfortable for our family of 5. Highly recommend and we’d love to stay here during our next dive trip to Roatan!

Great location. Right in the center of everything. Azul has delicious food. Communication was slow. I found myself having to send the same message multiple times. Overall, I would stay again.

The blue Roatán is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Very family friendly and super clean. The location was perfect with plenty of access to west bay and west end (we walked). We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Blue Resort Roatan is absolutely amazing! The resort is stunning, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is the best I've ever encountered. A special thanks to Ricardo Medina, whose exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. Everything from the views to the food was perfect. I can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at Blue Roatan. It exceeded our expectations. The duplex was huge, the rooms were very spacious and the kitchen had a lovely large island. The staff were super friendly. The walk to the beach was 4 minutes and the service at the beach club was great. West Bay is just a 15 minute walk by the beach. Restaurant Azul is delicious and the service and ambience is also great. I highly recommend staying here, great experience guaranteed.

Staying at Blue Roatan was amazing! Loved that we were surrounded by nature, very safe and close to everything. Their beach club is wonderful but the best part is the staff was so attentive and friendly that it made my stay great. I would definitely come back and stay at Blue Roatan in the future again. Absolutely loved it!

From the moment we arrived at the reception, the service was excellent. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The place is luxurious and connected with nature. It has access to the beach and several pools nearby. The beach club is very nice too, they have kayaks available.

beautiful place! wonderful! you are surrounded by nature and tranquility 3 minutes walk from the sea! The house is beautiful, clean, tidy and also spacious! Check in was easy and fast and Amy was at our disposal for all the days spent there. What else to say, I can only highly recommend a stay here if you have a car to move around the island 🩵🌊
