Everything was excellent. The house is even better than the photos. The attention was amazing. We will definitely love to go back.

I stayed at Casa Monitbella with a group of 5, though I think this property could easily accommodate a group of 20+ comfortably. All the rooms have AC, very comfortable beds, an ensuite washroom with shower, and plenty of storage space completely at home. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. The property is stunning and pride of ownership is evident – from the moment we arrived we thoroughly enjoyed the property design, amenities, artwork, plants and even a group of 40+ howler monkeys making a temporary home in the trees outside the kitchen. The best part was Manuel. He maintains the property but does so much more. His dedication to our safety and enjoyment is absolutely what made our stay amazing. He was always present to help but never encroached. He made sure we had safe transportation to and from SJDS every day, offering to drive us at the cost of fuel (much more affordable than a taxi), that the property stayed immaculate.

This is the most beautiful house in San Juan del Sur. It has so many cozy spaces to enjoy.

The pictures on this place need to be updated, they don’t do it justice; it is BEAUTIFUL! secluded, beautiful pool, huge rooms, amazing outdoor living space if it rains, great sunset views. Anne-Marie was also a fantastic host for us, helped us a lot and in a big way! 11/10

Really nice place to be with your friends and family. Staff helped us a lot and was very attentive. Had a great time and we are grateful for everything.

Nice place with beautiful bedrooms and view. Very nice hang out area and swimming pool. There were two staff members always on site providing clean towels, maintaining the space clean and helping out in the kitchen. The fridge wasn’t working well however they provided two coolers full of ice to compensate. Also I would recommend adding a laundry area.

Wow what a fantastic house! It feels more like a hotel. It’s so big and has a wonderful flow. A true paradise. Thanks Eduardo for everything
