Wonderful accommodation with countless sounds of the jungle at night. The two hosts, Delfa and Carlo, are incredibly kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome.

This is just a paradise! Delpha and Gianluca were such great hosters and they made this experience so pleasant! You will wake up to the sound of the howler monkeys and the plenty of birds living in the property. Even if the road to get there is not that easy (very bumpy with many stones) it was absolutely worth it! Hope to come back one day!
Host Response
Thanks Filippo it was a pleasure to host you, come back soon!

Our stay was great. We really enjoyed sleeping alfresco. We didn't find accommodation right away under the name Casa Moringa because there is something else in front of the driveway. But I would definitely do it again.

There were two of us sleeping in this accommodation for 3 nights and are absolutely thrilled. Dan was not on site as he lives abroad. We can't say much to him because there was no need for contact with him. For this, we can talk in the highest tones about the local people who work there, such as Juan Carlos and Delfa. The chef Delfa cooked fabulously deliciously. Even the pasta and the bread she made herself. Everything delicious! If you want to do something, it is advisable to ask the two of them. They arrange good tours (such as kayak and hike on the Maderas volcano) and at very fair prices. An unexpected dream on the quiet part of Ometepe.

We can highly recommend to stay here if you want to experience the calmness and the nature of Ometepe. Run by a extremely lovely Nicaraguan family who by the way will take very good care of you, can also offer tours like kayaking or hiking the volcanoes and all cook excellent food! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place!

Really cool open air room. Perfect location near the waterfall. Ladies on site make an awesome dinner too!

It's a lovely place in nature to rest and enjoy! The sounds of the insects in the night, the stars... :) They are really friendly & delpha can make you food if you want. It's a bit remote (which I like) but You anyway definitely need a scooter or sth to get around on the island. Thank you!

My partner and I stayed here and it was AWESOME! So remote and off the beaten path. Dan and his girlfriend took great care of us. What I didn't realize was that they also offer DELICIOUS FOOD (for purchase at very reasonable prices). LOVED it and would go again.

A special place this one. Hard to reach (so be prepared) but worth the effort. Beautiful setting, you feel one with nature. Chelo and Nati are great hosts, their kids are too cute to be true (watch out for the oldest, she’s a handful 😉). The food, mostly homegrown, is amazing.

Everyone at Finca la Magia is an excellent example of what a person, or dog, or cat should be.

The neighbourhood is really peaceful and the finca is right next to the lake and with beautiful views on every side. The room is as pictured and described; the bed was comfortable and although the room is open, I had enough privacy. The food is delicious and fresh and a lot of it is grown right there on the farm. The garden is beautiful and I spent time lying in the hammock, reading and watching hummingbirds flying around the beautiful hibiscus flowers surrounding me. Dan is a great host, we had a lot to talk about and stayed up in the evening playing backgammon and sharing stories. I would recommend this accomodation to any weary traveller who is looking for a comfortable home-from-home. My stay was too short and I hope to go back one day soon.
