Beautiful property with unique views!!

A magical place! The house, the views, the beach… Unparalleled! As nice or nicer than the pictures! Communication with Seth was smooth and he was very friendly from the time of booking.

Seth was great with communication. Seth’s house security person Erling was helpful as needed. He speak English well. The house was open, clean and it was great for our group. Beautiful house, phenomenal panoramic views!!!

We spent a long weekend at Villa Diamante for a family reunion. The place was perfect for our family of 9, we really enjoyed the views which were astonishing, incredible, beautiful, peaceful and photographic. Also the house had all the things necessary to make you feel comfortable if you want to cook like we did, we grilled everyday outside. If you want to rest, this is your place too, and there’s a lot of entertainment as well. We went down to the beach everyday which I thought was going to be hard but not at all. It was very easy to get down and again nothing beats those views. We are definitely planning to visit again. Thank you Seth!

We loved staying at Seth’s place! The views were breathtaking, beautiful and it was very relaxing. We walked down to the beach and explored downtown San Juan del Sur. Erling and Milkenia were wonderful!

Great stay at Seth’s place in Nicaragua. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the pool and outdoor seating areas, which were well set up for relaxing. The views in every direction are hard to beat, and the sunsets were consistently great each evening. Remanso Beach is a short walk from the villa and well worth the trip. Good bars and restaurants nearby — we had a solid meal at Boxaco that stood out. The onsite hosts, Erling and Milkenia, were probably the best part of the stay — available when needed, handled grocery delivery, and cooked local dishes for us, which was a real highlight.

Worth every penny. This house will have you looking at other lots to buy in Remanso so you too can have a piece of this paradise. The house managers, Erling and Milkenia, are as sweet and accommodating as they come. Thank you for sharing your home, Seth. It is perfection.

I never write reviews but I felt the need to write one because of how amazing this house is. Seth’s place felt like home accept better. The house is equipped with everything you need including daily housekeeping and even laundry service. The beds are super comfortable. There are views from every room in the house, access to walk down to the beach, and synchronized sound system both inside and out. The kids loved playing corn hole and surfing at Remanso. The house was immaculate inside and out. The highlight was definitely the sunsets each night. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for the most wonderful stay.

Seth’s place was an absolute dream of an Airbnb. My family and a friend spent 8 nights here and it was very hard to check out when it came time to leave. The property takes your breath away from the moment you pull up. The caretakers Erling and Milkenia are also just as amazing, making sure you have everything you need for your stay and keeping the place spotless. Seth was also very informative when it came to any tips of questions you might have about the area while planning your trip. If you’re considering a trip to Nicaragua, you cannot go wrong with this place.

I am truly in love with this place. This is the second time my family and I have stayed here, and we are always amazed by the views it offers. Milkenia is super friendly and very helpful, and Erling is also always ready to take us to and from the beach. Excellent service. We are very happy. We would 100% come back for a third time.

One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever! You simply cannot beat the views from the pool and the porch. We had beautiful sunsets every single night. The house is super clean and very well designed. Walking to the beach in the evenings was a definite plus and we enjoyed several of the beach restaurants. We hope to return someday!!
