My family stayed a little over a week at Villa Solstice and it was amazing! The communication and planning with the Villa Solstice team before our arrival made our trip seamless From planning transportation and excursions to in-home spa services and private Chef meals and snacks for the entire family! The views were beyond amazing waking up to beautiful mountain and ocean views couldn’t have been any better! The home was very clean and secure being in a gated community. The beds were comfortable and a great common area with views out every window Multiple beaches to access with a short scenic drive along with tons of restaurant options if you wanted to eat out for any meals. Everyone was more than welcoming anywhere we went I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! I would recommend this to any family or friend group wanting to explore Nicaragua and hope to return soon!! 5 stars!!!

We loved Adam’s house. It was large, clean, well equipped for all of our needs and it matched the incredibly beautiful view. Everything looks exactly like the online pics. The beds were very comfortable. It’s located in a safe and exclusive guarded community that is a short walk to the Christ statue. Xiomara was friendly and always available. One word to describe the house—-wow!!

The home is exactly as pictured. The space is bright and airy. The view is spectacular. The master bedroom and bath is a dream. I have absolutely no complaints. This will be my go to home for my family and I in San Juan.

Great place to get off the grid for a few days. Beautiful views, amazing pool and very spacious/roomy home. Our family loved our vacation here and would love to come back soon. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to unplug for a few days/weeks. Hosts and the local caretakers were great to deal with and helped answer any questions we had about the local area. We loved Villa Solstice! A remarkable view, well equipped, quick and efficient service. The house is located in a very nice area of San Juan Del Sur. Plan to use a mountain bike to get there. Everything is located about 5-10 minutes away and is easy to access. We'll definitely go back!

The property is gorgeous. Adam and his team were very attentive and helpful. Xio set up our transport to and from the airport which really eased the stress of traveling. 10 out of 10 experience. Will absolutely be returning in the future.

Honestly, it's the best Airbnb villa I've ever stayed in! The stay completely exceeded our expectations. The view is absolutely stunning — and honestly even more beautiful than in the photos, even though it already looks impressive in the listing. The location is superb, the villa is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The host is also very responsive and available when something happens, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and reassuring. However, a small but important tip: you absolutely need a 4x4 to get to the Airbnb! But once you get there, the place is just perfect and it's really worth it.

Villa Solstice was the most beautiful place that we’ve traveled to. We loved the views of the Pacific Ocean from the home. The host were incredibly responsive. Xiomara and her team was above and beyond. She booked all of our activities, helped us with grocery shopping, took care of us the whole time and checked daily to see if we needed anything. Villa Solstice was super clean and organized, pictures on the app can not describe how beautiful this place is in person. It was a very safe, private and beautiful area, we definitely will coming back. Thanks, Ericka and Family.

Villa solstice was very beautiful and comfortable in many ways. Lovely views with plenty of space. The hosts and Xiomara were very accommodating with our arrival. I really the communication from initial booking all up until our departure. I’d highly recommend Villa solstice. Will definitely come back in the near future.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 days in this great place and had a fantastic time here. Everything is just right here. From the flawless communication with Adam and Yuri in advance, to the professional welcome by Xio and her husband on site, to the support provided during our stay, to the house itself: an absolute dream. We had a lovely stay at Villa Solstice. We were 2 families and we had plenty of space. I would highly recommend the in house yoga, massages and meals. It was all wonderful. Xio was extremely helpful with everything including grocery shopping and booking things. She is very responsive. We had adventures away from the house but we really enjoyed hanging out at the house by the pool. The house is very relaxing.

We loved our stay in San Juan del Sur! The house was incredible! Beds were comfortable, spaces furnished beautifully and Xiomara and her team helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend getting the chefs in for breakfasts and dinner. Would love to go again. Already miss the view and sitting by the pool.
