The villa was beautiful and so clean! It felt like we were in our own little world/paradise. Jardar provided so much helpful information before the trip and quickly responded throughout it as well to make sure we had everything we needed! 100% would come back :)

The space was amazing and he is an amazing host that helped us every step. Getting rentals, restaurant suggestions, helping us fix a flat. You won’t be disappointed.

Jadar was an excellent host and made our stay a wonderful experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. One of our favorite features was having both the rooftop pool and the pool right outside the living room, which gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time throughout our stay. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a great location. Communication was quick and easy whenever we had questions, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Traveling with my family, we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Jadar’s property to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay.

Jardar was a great helpful and responsive host!!! Recommendations for any and everything which practically gave me an itinerary for my entire stay. The listing was beautiful and just as described but to me the place was better in person. Jadar’s listing was peaceful and private for both pools and we felt very safe and secure like we were home. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Tulum!!! Five stars for sure!

Beautiful, spotless, relaxing home with plenty of privacy. You’ll need a car to get in and out, but it gets you away from the noise and only a 10-minute drive to the hotel zone water front. Easily ordered breakfast and a massage to the home. Zero regrets.

We enjoyed our stay, quiet, private and comfortable! Both private pools were lush and the shared rooftop pool was lovely with a great sunset. Anything we needed was taken of, local recommendations were super helpful. Comfortable beds and parking spots available if you have transport. We hired a quad bike for a few days then a car for a few days. The roads to the villa has a fair amount of pot holes so being careful on that road is required. Taxis also super convenient if needed and you can get food delivery too if you want to stay in! We enjoyed our stay!

We spent 7 nights at the villa with our two girls, 9 and 11. The four of us had lots of adventures and the hosts were very helpful and kind. The house is beautiful with 2 private pools and one rooftop shared pool which is lovely at sunset. About a 10 minute walk away is a fabulous breakfast spot called MotMot for fresh and beautiful food. We loved Caleta Tankah beach club for the reef and was free of seaweed. Thank you for a beautiful vacation!

Stayed here and honestly… I was this close to not leaving 😂 The place was super clean (like, you can tell someone actually cares clean), and it was sooo peaceful. No noise, no chaos just good vibes and quiet. Perfect spot to relax and pretend you have your life together for a bit. And the ROOFTOP, Hellllll yeaaaaaaah, easily one of my favorite parts. We spent time up there just soaking it all in such a beautiful, calm space with amazing vibes. It really made the whole stay feel extra special. Everything was comfy and easy, and I felt right at home the whole time. Would 100% stay again and might even gatekeep this place… but I’ll be nice and recommend it instead 😌

Jardar was a great host. His communication and flexibility were amazing. I would definitely stay here again. My favorite hangout spot was the private pool upstairs. The shower gets nice and hot and the hammock is also a nice vibe and chill hangout spot to read a book. The location was near some vegan spots in concha maya which was really nice although even though not Too far I’d still Recommend a rental car or some type of transportation. Jardar had plenty of recommendations and we appreciate his responsiveness.
