The home was just simply beautiful. The view is breathtaking. I he host was very friendly and nice… I highly recommend the home to families hat need space and rest because the house is all what we expected.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Giulli was an incredible host from start to finish, and every recommendation she gave us was spot on. The private chef was one of the highlights of our trip, the transportation was seamless, the excursions were fantastic, and having the golf cart she recommended was a lifesaver with all the steep hills around the property. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and somehow even better than the pictures. It was spotless, well appointed, and had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. We spent so much time enjoying the pool and the incredible views. If you're thinking about booking this home, don't hesitate. Also, do yourself a favor and book the chef for at least one or two nights. It ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire trip. We made memories we'll never forget and are already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Giulli, for making our Costa Rica vacation so special!

Absolutely stunning villa! The property was even more beautiful in person and was the perfect place for our group to stay in Costa Rica. The views were incredible, the villa was clean and spacious, and every detail made our stay feel luxurious and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and made everything seamless from start to finish. Also host had great recommendations for private transportation and private chef! This villa truly made our trip unforgettable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica!

Great place

We had a fantastic stay! Giulli was a great, responsive host and Carlitos, the house manager, was incredible. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, and matches the pictures and descriptions perfectly. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we'd be excited to book a return visit in the future!

Beautiful place with amazing view of the ocean from the pool!

The place, Giulli, and Donal were amazing. Two small issues during our stay, but Giulli and Donal were very responsive to both.

Giulli is an exceptional host — responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your stay seamless from start to finish. We vacationed here as a family of four, and the home exceeded our expectations in every way. The views are absolutely spectacular — truly the kind that take your breath away each evening at sunset. The living spaces are beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, and the pool area quickly became our favorite gathering spot. Watching vibrant macaws fly by right from the pool deck was such a magical, unforgettable experience for our family. For future guests, I highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the area with ease and scheduling in-home massages to fully embrace the relaxation this property offers. This was a memorable and amazing stay — highly recommend.

The home greatly exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t it justice…The sunset view over the pool and ocean was simply breathtaking! Giulli was outstanding to work with! He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for an in house caterer and massage service. I would recommend renting a golf cart and they will deliver to the house. It made getting to the marina a breeze. This is a 5 star property and we will be returning next year.

Wow, what a beautiful view. The house was amazing. Things to note: you can’t charge more than two golf carts at a time without tripping breaker. The golf carts barely make it up the mountain (died on us a few times). The house is amazing! It does not have any air conditioning in the main area since it’s all open so it can get super toasty in there. Donald was the house keeping guy, he comes everyday from like 8-10 ish and cleans the pool and takes trash and such. Super friendly and helpful. Overall the view trumps anything negative but our only cons were the heat and golf cart accessibility!

We had 11 adults, one child attending a family wedding at Los Suenos. With 6 bedrooms there was plenty of space. We had some difficulty initially finding the house as the security guards were very confused and told us the house didn’t exist. They were very wrong! The house was beautiful with the most amazing view. Giulli was very responsive! WiFi could use improvement/booster. Donal and Hazel were the housekeepers/handyman and did a great job. The beach at Faro is private and awesome! So calm. There was some confusion…the beach club (community pools) by the beach are not for this house. There is beach access next to it though. We have our own community pools up on the hill in our neighborhood but I didn’t realize this. We used our own private pool at the house anyways. I loved the house, we used rental SUVs and a golf cart to get around. I look forward to going back!
