Excellent place, everything close by, and a very nice house

We had a fantastic stay at Diego's! He was so helpful and gave us great ideas on places to go and see, The yard was beautiful even though the big yellow bark tree was dropping leaves in the yard it came out on our last two days in a beautiful display of yellow flowers, The bird watching in the yard was fantastic as well as we got to watch lots of humming birds, toucans, we also seen several Macaws flying over also to mention the local squirrels that provided entertainment as well. Location wise we where about 10 min from la Fortuna and that made the evenings very quiet and relaxing which is what we wanted, highly recommend staying here

House with large secure garden. We cut our stay short because of the continuous rains. The kitchen lacks cooking utensils and a larger table.

Quiet and serene, this place boasts a beautiful garden and a swimming pool that the kids can enjoy. Located near La Fortuna, it was an ideal spot for a comfortable stay.

The host was very attentive and very helpful. Quick to answer any questions and helped us right away if there was an issue. The place was beautiful and very much private which made us feel very safe. It is about 19 minutes from the main town, but didn’t mind the drive. We got to see a Toucans and various birds in the trees, also heard the monkeys! The indoor/outdoor was also a fun jungle experience. Thank you for the great stay!

Super clean accommodation, even the patio was super nice, I wanted my baby to crawl. Spacious rooms, the main bathroom is very nice outdoors. The pool is clean/ cold. No insects or other things that are important to me for my baby Necessary kitchen utensils Quite close to downtown and areas for activities Everything was great on my part. What didn't work so well for me was that the air only works with the doors closed and one with a baby doesn't sleep with the doors closed But, everything is mentioned in the description as it is

An extremely cozy place, plenty of space if you have pets, also for activities or just enjoying La Paz. Luis Diego is very attentive, always understanding and a relentless person. 100% recommended.

We enjoyed staying at Luis’s house. It was central to many tourist attractions in and near La Fortuna.

We had an excellent stay of 4 days here! The property is quiet, private, and SO relaxing! And we had a lot nature visit us while relaxing in the yard, which was really cool! The hosts continue to put in a lot of effort and it shows. The property is very well maintained and in great condition. We really enjoyed the partially outdoor bath/shower. All though there were a couple of minor issues during our stay, the responsiveness and graciousness of the hosts more than made up for it. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone and definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we visit. You can’t go wrong with this one, trust me. Pura Vida!

Luis's property is wonderful, a real pleasure to find tranquility and privacy so close to La Fortuna. The gardens are very well maintained, as a result of which they are frequently visited by birds. The bathroom is beautiful. Bringing repellent is a good idea because of the rural nature of the location.

We arrived after dark and would have had trouble finding the gate but the host was available and very helpful. The sleeper couch wasn’t great for sleeping but the 5 of us were comfortable with the two full beds and twin trundle. The yard was a delight, we had fun with volleyball. We had a car and the location was great!! There is so much to do in this area. You’ll want to get out and explore, not stay indoors here!

Excellent, lots of space to share as a family

The place is quite nice and quiet, we have no complaints about anything, Luis Diego was always very friendly for any questions we had. I highly recommend it!

The property is identical to the photos. The house has everything you need and along with the pool makes the stay relaxing. It has a beautiful garden and Luis was always very helpful and friendly.

The house is very cozy

Very nice place, the green area is very spacious and the place is very well maintained, and everything was super clean and tidy, the place is small but has everything you need and is cozy, it is close to downtown 10-15 minutes, it is in a very safe and quiet area.

This place was beautiful! The outdoor space was unbelievable! The trampoline, yard space and pool kept my kids busy for hours. I loved the e doors that fully opened so it felt like true indoor/outdoor living.

Recommended, the house is as shown in the photos, the host is always very attentive to inquiries, highly recommended for families, very private and nice place with great space for children to play.

A beautiful and spacious place to share with the family. Very close to shops, supermarkets and recreational centers with hot springs. Luis Diego is very attentive and kind.

Everything was everything was great

Very well. The place where the house is located is very quiet, the property is quite large and the house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need to have a good time. The owner leaves board games and even a volleyball for guests to use, which is great. The distance to the center of La Fortuna is very good too.

An incredible place to spend time as a family, totally closed and maximum privacy, in addition to the very attentive host, my family and I had a great time, all very happy and eager to return soon.

The place is amazing, there is so much to do, if you want a place to relax, get away for a weekend, it is ideal, Luis is very friendly and responds quickly, and it is Pet friendly!! Simply beautiful

This was a great spot for me + 2 others and our two dogs. The gated garden was the main reason we chose this spot which it was great for our dogs. The home is simple and clean, with all the essentials. While it took us a little bit to figure out the AC /doors sensors the gist was responsive and helped us figure out. The location was great, near town but not in town, a great view of the volcano (even when we got overcast days ) The drive into town is about 15 minutes which is ideal. You can hear the howler monkeys every morning . Pools is refreshing way to end your day. Had a great time and as a very last minute booking , it was a very pleasant surprise.

The place is just as shown in the photos: spacious, private and safe. Perfect for resting with peace of mind.

Very nice house, very friendly host

Luis Diego’s place was amazing for our family of four. Just a short drive from all the La Fortuna and Arenal activities. Luis was very kind, welcoming and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Beautifully landscaped we loved the outdoor shower, pool and trampoline. Was a great place to relax after a day of tourist activities. Walls and gate provided a sense of security and privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer! So much nature all around - saw birds, bats, geckos, hummingbirds, heard howler monkeys - all from the property. Great stay! Don’t hesitate to book.

The house is beautiful, and the impeccable cleanliness was a great place to enjoy as a family, very quiet and we had the opportunity to see different animals, Diego is very attentive to help us make the stay great!

Comfortable, clean and very pleasant accommodation. It has everything you need to feel comfortable and the grounds are quite spacious, very suitable for pets. Diego was always attentive and also makes you feel right at home. Good experience, I recommend it.

The only thing more beautiful than this Airbnb was Diego's attention. We loved the house from start to finish and had a perfect weekend despite the rain. We can't wait to be able to come back again, we didn't want to leave and our dogs had a great time in the countryside on the property too. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything you need and more :) We're grateful to Diego for having such a beautiful space and such a gift with people. 100% recommended.

Luis Diego from before check-in is attentive to what you need. She was present for check-in, which improves communication and trust Always good communication for any need or inconvenience that comes with your stay.

Super satisfied with the stay, the main bathroom fascinated me, the house is very nice and has all the necessary amenities. I loved the pool because it is quite large and very clean, my daughter was able to play at ease with all her inflables, in addition to having a lot of fun with the trampoline, the volleyball court and the wide green area. Excellent view of the volcano. I 100% recommend the stay.

Excellent accommodation, it fits the description given by the host, super private and relaxing the house, an incredible pool and my daughter really enjoy the trampoline. Not too much of the proximity to the center of fortune and facilities of supermarkets and restaurants that counts nearby... I hope to be able to return with my family.

My stay at this place was just amazing! From the moment I arrived I felt at home thanks to the warm welcome and exceptional attention of the host. A super nice house to go to rest and relax from the noise but in turn really close to the best restaurants in the area. And as a gold brooch an amazing view to the volcano.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. It is very nice, secure, private with quality internet, pool and 10 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. We had the opportunity to take our 2 dogs and they were able to run around the property without any problem or danger. Luis Diego was very friendly and attentive to our needs. A place to come back if you go to La Fortuna.
