Our stay at Reef 16 in Roatán exceeded every expectation. The penthouse is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay—from kitchen essentials to all the little details that make you feel at home. Ramona, the property manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Her local knowledge and attention to detail made a great trip even better. The location is ideal—close enough to walk or quickly get to all the restaurants and activity in West End, while still feeling peaceful and private. And the views… truly unbelievable. Waking up and ending each day overlooking the water was unforgettable. We would absolutely stay at Reef 16 again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Roatán!

We only have great things to say about our stay at Reef 16. This place and location quickly became one of our all-time favorite places to stay. Starting with Bill and Ramona, they work incredibly hard to make sure your stay is both comfortable and unforgettable — and they absolutely nailed it. We had everything we needed during our stay, from the comfy beds and quality linens to the fully equipped kitchen. And we can’t forget to mention the coffee machine stocked with delicious local coffee beans — such a wonderful treat! The ocean views from every window were absolutely incredible. We loved sitting back, watching the beautiful sunsets, and simply unwinding. And don’t forget to bring your snorkeling gear — the marine life right at your feet is absolutely incredible! We will definitely be coming back to Reef 16! Thank you, Ramona and Bill, for making this place so amazing!

Bills place is fantastic. Looks better than the photos. Both bill and Ramona are very nice and responsive and proactive. The place is in a great quiet end of the road neighborhood that’s walkable to anything you need or want. Will stay there again.

I am pretty good at choosing rentals for our vacations, but my family agrees this is the best I've ever done! Bill's penthouse is beautiful! Almost worth not ever leaving to experience all the activities West End has to offer. The views are spectacular! And a lot of them with all those windows. Ramona, the property manager, was there to meet us, and showed us all of the amenities and perks of the property. She is an amazing person, very helpful, in fact, when we needed a blood pressure monitor, she searched it out for us. That was not an easy job either. We felt like we made a new friend, and she definitely enhanced our experience. We did not rent a car, and for the maybe 2 times we might have liked one, we could get a taxi. We would love to come back, and would definitely stay at Reef 16. One of my sons talked to Ramona about the other properties you will have coming available soon, in hopes of coming back with some friends. Oh, and yes, the beds were very comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk to West End, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The scenery is stunning, and we found ourselves soaking it all in every day. The home itself was beautiful and spacious, with three comfortable bedrooms and a gorgeous kitchen that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Romona, was fantastic—she met us upon arrival and made us feel immediately welcomed and taken care of. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Bills place. It was spacious, great location easily walkable to town, dive shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodations were exactly as pictured and the penthouse was spacious with endless ocean views.

We loved our stay at Reef 16. Beautiful view of the ocean in three directions and lovely spot to watch the sunset on the deck. Newly constructed three bedroom with two bathrooms that was stylishly decorated with all kitchen and other amenities we needed and more. Beautiful pool and we barely saw any other guests. Perfect location where we walked to the dive shop and local West End restaurants and close to water taxi to West Bay. Bill and Roxana were always responsive. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at the penthouse. The location was superb, you can go and enjoy wonderful restaurants and shopping at walking distance and still enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful patio and watching the boat traffic from afar. The coffee in the morning was wonderful. WE seriously could have just brought our swimsuits for the week, the penthouse had everything that you needed. We had wonderful recommendations for outings and a great driver that we used for transport. We had a wonderful vacation. Special thanks to Ramona the manager for all the great recommendations.

Enjoyed Bill's Place. Quiet. Chill. Enjoyed swimming from the apartment to West Bay a couple of times. Ramona helped solve a coffee problem in an hour! She is great.

This Air BnB was magical. The view was simply breathtaking, and even more astonishing than the pictures. 100 percent worth the 3 flights of stairs, which did not phase us, even with a toddler. The Air BnB is way closer than I ever thought to West End, and the walk over is flat and very nice. The sound of the waves, the pool area, the top-notch layout and finishings in the air bnb exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ve been to Roatan several times, but this was our first stay at this location. I don’t see ourselves booking anywhere else after this experience- 10/10.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Condo rental!!!! We walked to dinner every night. Great choices for bars and restaurants just down the street. The washer and dryer make it a plus for us. We ran the AC in the bedrooms at night during the day opened the windows and doors and had such a pleasant breeze. Thank you Ramona and Bill!

Exceptional Airbnb, exactly as on the pictures, very clean. Additionally, the appliances are also high quality which I have not had at the airbnbs before. Highly recommend, a perfect place.
