Beautiful home, better than we expected. Andrea was very friendly and responsive - Flor was also incredible - an amazing cook, but even nicer person. Would highly recommend her services!

The property was beautiful. Normally we stay at Unit #7, but this time we decided to try this property because of the upgraded furniture and amenities. The bedrooms were modern and had very comfortable beds. The location is excellent, surrounded by many activities and restaurants nearby. Andrea was an exceptional host — always respectful, friendly, proactive, and professional throughout our stay. She communicated very well and did everything expected on her end to assist us. Unfortunately, we experienced issues with the pool from the moment we arrived. The water was cloudy, and the filtration system appeared to be malfunctioning. I spoke with Manuel about the issue, but he seemed a bit out of place and not very interested in addressing the concern. Later, it was confirmed that the pool pump had problems, and as a result, we were unable to use the private pool during our stay. Thankfully, we still enjoyed swimming at the community pool located right in front of the property.

Maria was such a great host all her recommendations were spot on. The house was perfect it was just as described in photos. Would definitely stay again.

Just want to say, this is my second time staying at this beautiful property and it’s as beautiful as the pictures. Clean, well organized and you have everything you need from kitchen ware to nearby restaurants, hotels and convenience stores and gas stations. It is private and you can tell Andrea takes good care of the house and is always on top of things. Very responsive! Looking forward to staying there again.

Andrea's place was amazing and fit 8 of us very comfortably. Super short walk to the beach and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful! I traveled to El Salvador with eight of my friends/sisters for my birthday, and we couldn’t have chosen a better destination and house. Andrea was incredibly communicative, helpful, and kind, she patiently answered all of my many questions, helped us arrange a rental and a driver, and recommended our chef, Flor, who prepared delicious meals throughout our stay. Flor was wonderful as well. The house, the views, and the pool were amazing and fully equipped with everything we needed. The pictures did no justice. We especially loved how comfortable the beds were, it truly felt like a home away from home. Check-in was seamless, and the property is located in a stunning estate. We were beyond pleased with our experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Andrea’s home was excellent. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Any minor issues were handled quickly and professionally. Beach access was easy despite not being directly beachfront, and the shared pools were a great added amenity. The option to set up a canopy on the beach made relaxing effortless. Andrea was highly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. While there’s no major grocery store nearby, local markets and fresh seafood options are easily accessible, and Andrea provided great recommendations. We also hired Rosi, who was an outstanding cook and incredibly helpful. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience—we would definitely return

Andrea Maria’s house was beautiful, Pictures do not do it justice! The house has everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house is tastefully decorated and clean. I can’t wait to go back!

Our stay at Andrea Maria’s was amazing. She was always attentive and responsive. She made sure to offer recommendations and additional options for excursions and meals. Flor, the assistant/housekeeper was amazing as well, definitely recommend booking her. Home was exactly as advertised with beautiful views, very clean, security at gate, grounds keepers were present everyday, and WiFi worked great.
