We had a great time at this property! Nick's messages were, proactive, friendly and helpful. Corby, the property manager, had also been a pleasure to communicate with. We had everything we might need in the house and around.

If you like nature, flora, and fauna. If you want to be surrounded by monkeys and tropical birds, this is the place for you. Very close to a wonderful beach like Ocotal. Special to share with the family.

The stay was very nice. The place was clean, comfortable, and just as shown on Airbnb. In addition, it is a very complete accommodation, with everything you need to feel at home. Nick and Corby were very friendly and helpful, always willing to help. Corby helped us with all our questions. Overall, it was a quiet and totally recommended experience.

We loved this place, especially the walking distance to the beach. When you have little kids, it’s so nice not having to put them in the car to drive somewhere else or worry about parking. The pool is a great spot to spend the afternoon with the family, or simply relax and enjoy some snacks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we hope to come back again.

An incredible place to be quiet, very close to the beach and restaurants, in addition to the place having a very quiet atmosphere and the pool is very comfortable, the house has everything you need and is beautiful

We had a very nice time, so much so that we decided to stay 2 more nights at Nick's place, the villa is super-equipped with all the cookware, cloths and more (you definitely don't need to bring anything extra), located near the clean beach, very good security. Corby waited for us in the center of Coco to guide us and avoid any problems upon arrival.

Great location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a pool within the gated community but the water slides and infinity are a separate deal. The villa itself was perfect, 3 queen bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location 2 min from great beach and amazing restaurant. The flat is huge and quiet. The compound has a great pool too. Amazing stay

Wide and comfortable villa, helping my family to enjoy the walk in the Ocotal area to the fullest. It is also strategically located, very close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Nick always responded quickly and accurately to our queries. I highly recommend this accommodation.
