Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing host. Before we even arrived, she took the time to have a Zoom call with us to help plan our entire trip, which made us feel so prepared and excited. Throughout our stay, she remained incredibly responsive, kind, and hands-on. Whenever we needed transportation for our group of nine, she quickly arranged reliable drivers to take us wherever we wanted to go. While transportation in Tulum can be expensive, she was always transparent about the costs beforehand, so there were no surprises. When a small issue came up at the villa, she had someone there to fix it almost immediately, which we really appreciated. The property itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. It was a combination of three villas, each with its own unique charm and character, making our stay feel both luxurious and memorable. Host insisted on communicating outside app only. When arrived I informed host the door to main door to room wouldn’t close, they send maintenance until the next day, the maintenance person said this was a recurring issue with the door, fix it and we finished reservation. Days after leaving property host wants to say we broke door. Not the case at all. They scheduled a shuttle back to airport and driver tried to shake us down for almost twice the agreed priced and got angry when we wouldn’t pay the extra charges. Be aware.
