This home has a very calming environment, the staff at the home were extremely helpful and tried to help us when the AC unit went out. We also appreciated their quick response when we needed anything. Will definitely recommend for a family or larger party.

We enjoyed our stay the lake house. The surroundings were beautiful and the view of the lake was mesmerizing. Were able to unwind and spend much needed family time. The kids were able to enjoy the pool while the adults relaxed poolside. We had the pleasure of renting a charter boat that took us to the other side of the lake with thermal water. They boat came right to the dock which is across the street from the home. This was a great amenity to have. The kitchen was big with lots of cabinets. However, the cabinets were empty. The kitchen is not equipped with all of the necessary items. We had to go to a local store to purchase a bowl as the home did not have one. You also had to put all food away as there were ants. You will need to review the house rules before your arrival as you will need to bring everything you could possibly need with you. You are only provide with two hand towels and two bath towels per room. Even though some of the rooms have double beds.

We had a wonderful time here! Estela and her team were welcoming and attended to all our needs with grace and excellence. The picturesque environment complemented the beautiful views of the lake. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in El Salvador.

Stayed here a few nights with family and friends and everything was great easy to get in and out of complex and staff was friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive with anything we needed. Would stay again
