Very enjoyable, nice accommodations and felt safe

This apartment is awesome!!! Apartment is of high quality throughout and amazing views of the waves from your bed and balcony. First class location and the most helpful, thoughtful and fun host that gave us some great recommendations. Neil - you are ace!

The check in is fine but the staff doesn’t speak great English so it was a little confusing. Very safe and secure place to stay. Ocean front is beautiful

My stay was excellent. The apartment was very well decorated, with a modern and cozy style that made the experience even better. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and very convenient for getting around. The place was equipped with everything you need, which made the stay very comfortable. In addition, the condo amenities were beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. I would definitely stay here again.

Neil’s place is absolutely beautiful! The views of the beach were great. All jaco has to offer is walkable distance from the unit. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was extremely clean and had everything you need. Neil was great, he was very responsive and helped with everything. He definitely takes care of you! 10/10!

This oceanfront condo was absolutely magnificent! Loved having our morning coffee on the expansive deck. Very walkable to stores and restaurants. A highlight we will long remember. If we’re ever back in Jaco we know where we’re going!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely outstanding stay! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Neil’s condo. The location was perfect — close to everything and exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment we booked, Neil was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Maura, the co-host, was equally amazing — both of them went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless. They even arranged our airport transfers to and from the airport, which made traveling completely stress-free. That extra level of care truly meant so much to us. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed. It was comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like a home away from home. Neil was an excellent host and has a beautiful condo. Right on the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The condo is almost new and is in immaculate condition. The kitchen had all necessary things to prepare our own food. The building has great security and you don’t have to worry. The public areas were clean and available most of the time. The front pool was clean and large enough for all guests. Access from the pool to the ocean was convenient and the outdoor shower was kept well clean. Definitely recommend this place for a stay in Costa Rica

Wow, just couldn't get any better. Perfect location on the beach and walkable to everything in Jaco - yet tucked away from the main traffice. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities you could want. Finally the host is super responsive and flexible. Highly recommended!

Neil and Maura were excellent hosts and the home was perfect! Right on the beach and immaculately clean. Couldn’t ask for a better location and I highly recommend Neil’s condo for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation.

Amazing!!!!

We had an outstanding stay in Jaco. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is great if you like to take the stairs as we do. The patio overlooks the pool and beach, which can't be beat. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops in walking distance and the building is secure with a security person in the lobby and key cards for the elevators, gym, pool, etc. Apartment is furnished well with everything we needed for a great stay. Neil was responsive with any questions before and during our stay. If we return to Jaco, we'd love to stay at the apartment again- it was an awesome home base for my family's adventures in Jaco. Thanks, Neil! (family of 4 including 2 teenage girls)

Best location, the smartest amenities, cleanest, and most beutiful master bedroom in Jaco overlooking the beach from the bed and the balcony. I initially thought a higher room would be better, but the 2nd floor is for a few reasons. Even has a dishwasher and the security is tight so you will never have bad neighbors. The assigned parking garage space was a huge plus.
