It was stunning my kids love it. The ac unit was not working and the the very next they send someone to fix the issue. Everything was so nice and clean.

Casa Tucán is a beautiful place to say in Playa Sunzal. Great open concept living/kitchen area with plenty of outdoor seating on two levels. Third floor full balcony provided great views of ocean

It was a beautiful home and property. Private beach is accessible within a few minutes. The views are breathtaking. Had a great time there with my family and would definitely recommend staying there. The whole staff was very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved Casa Tucán. It was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious, clean and safe. The view is spectacular. Everyone was helpful and communicated in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Mario’s place was beautiful! The community is also very beautiful and everyone is really friendly. My family and I all were very comfortable in the home. It was about 45 mins from the San Salvador Airport, 5-8 minutes driving distance from El Tunco, 45-1hr to the city of San Salvador, 30-45 minutes to Nawi Beach, 1hr 30 from Lake Coatepeque, and 2hrs 30m from Cafe Albania depending on traffic so just keep that in mind when moving about to country. Overall the place was really nice and we felt extremely safe. I would recommend this place to other travels. Thank you Mario and team for a great birthday!

Super clean modern home with plenty of space for our group . Bedrooms are big and house is super clean. Great location in the middle of all the coastal action.

Pictures truly do it no justice. The panoramic views are absolutely spectacular, and the home itself is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and tastefully furnished throughout. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely plan to return in the future. Not a single complaint—an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This place was awesome! The host was very responsive. Any issue we had they fixed it quickly. Also, they gave us suggestions for a chef and for in home massages! Both recommendations were top notch!!! The chef they recommended was able to give us a mini Papusa Cooking Class (because all the other ones were booked up) & they cooked for us and made drinks. Chef Manuel & his assistant Kevin made our whole trip! They cooked dinner and breakfast for us and even cleaned. They are our new friends and we will definitely miss them! We had such a good time with them and are appreciative the host recommended them. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the massage therapists were excellent as well! We will definitely be back to visit! The beachfront views here are amazing 🤩

Casa Tucan and the hosts are amazing! Super friendly and attentive with a quick response time. First time visiting El Salvador and I must say it was a pleasure for our family. The house is just as pictured with mesmerizing views. Only 5 minutes away from many restaurants that have ocean views. Beto’s and Cafe Sunzal are a must visit. 5 days just wasn’t enough to explore this country. We will be back!

Amazing house and the perfect location. Easy to get to El Tunco and El Zonte. The private beach is a short walk down the street. I can’t say enough about how great the house was. If you get the opportunity, don’t hesitate to stay here.

The home is exactly as pictured. The location was great for El Tunca vibes and inviting upon returning from a long day. I was celebrating my birthday, and this home did not disappoint. Pro tip: Do not run the a/c before you shower; it will make the cold shower that much worse. Also, be careful of open doors, bugs, and lizards like to creep in. I would 10/10 definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The space was exactly as pictured. When we needed more towels & toilet paper restocked the host was quick to respond and drop it off. The host also hooked us up with a wonderful driver Tatiana - her recommendations and kindness made our trip. Ti amo Tatiana!!!. Only hiccup was a scheduled power outage that we wish we would have known of more in advance. We had to cancel & reschedule our chef last minute due to not having power. Overall would recommend this airbnb to others and stay again in a heartbeat ! Thank you for the great stay and service !

Very kind hosts, made the whole process very easy. We booked this Airbnb spontaneously while on vacation. I can’t say enough of how beautiful the home was, I could’ve stayed there a whole month given the opportunity. Lovely home lovely decor. The location was great, everything was within 5–10 minutes away including El Tunco and Beto’s restaurant. The beach was incredible and also a five minute walk. The beach felt very private, at one point. It was just my family and I in the whole beach. Definitely staying here again when I visit El Salvador

I am grateful to Mario for his attention to everything. He was super nice to me and we didn't want to leave. What a spectacular view. There were several things we didn't like, but they fixed it just before we left. I hope to come back some day. Best sleep of my life. These beds are incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home with my family. The pool was a lot of fun, a little slippery when going in so my grandma did not enjoy the pool but the family had a blast.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s beach house. The property is beautiful, spacious, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. The views are stunning, the house is very well designed, and everything was clean and comfortable. Mario was a great host: very responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. I loved the place, very clean, well located, very close to everything in the area. The only thing that could be improved is the check-out time, 11:00 am seems too early to me. It should be at 12:00 because you receive it at 3:00. But for everything else, perfect.

Staying at Casa Tucan was a pleasure. The location was perfect with beautiful views , the home was cozy and clean, and Mario was always available to answer my questions. Highly recommended this beautiful beach home.

My girls & I enjoyed our stay at Mario’s home. It was very clean & quiet. The only downfall I can say that the water wasn’t hot which that information is known in the details about the home before booking. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place in a nice private neighborhood. The view from the pool is amazing. Super spacious home, the A/C works amazing and enough space for our group of 9 to have a blast. Communication was quick and they were always super accommodating. Easy check-in/check out. The community is gated, but it’s manned 24/7 so you can come and go as you please. Had an amazing time and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Casa Tucán! It was me, my wife, our two girls, and my parents — and we all really enjoyed the home. The views are stunning, the pool was perfect for both relaxing and playing, and the house is beautifully decorated with excellent AC throughout. It was a peaceful, comfortable place for our family to spend time together. One small note: the optional cleaning service was appreciated, though for the added cost, the time spent at the house each day felt a bit limited. The furniture, while beautiful, wasn’t the most comfortable, and having hot water would have made the stay even better. Overall, we truly loved our time at Casa Tucán. It’s a special place with an unbeatable setting — perfect for making memories with family. We’d absolutely recommend it and would love to come back again in the future!

Great place and host

This is a beautiful house near the beach with amazing breathtaking landscape view. However, all of the beaches on that side of El Salvador are very rocky and non swimmable. The hosts, Mario and team, were very responsive and helpful. El Sunzal and Tunco beach are like 10 mins away driving. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relax vacation and doesn't care about swimming in the beach but just enjoy this beautiful house, the pool, and the landscape view.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The space is beautiful & thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We also loved how close it was to local attractions. We did struggle at first to find the location so just make sure to follow the instructions carefully. Overall great stay & would highly recommend. Can’t wait to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mario’s Airbnb in Sunzal. The house was beautiful, super private, and the beach views were amazing. The only downside was not being able to use the pool on our first day because the previous guests caused an issue that needed maintenance and chemicals, so we had to wait until the next day. That was a bit of a letdown, but Mario did make up for it a bit, which we appreciated. Other than that, everything was great!

From booking to checkout, the hosts made our stay in La Libertad feel almost perfect! The Airbnb is located in a very safe and central spot close to a lot of the places we were looking to explore in El Salvador’s Surf City. The house is super spacious, and mostly stocked up with basic necessities. The listing matches what you see when you get there which is unreal! We’d absolutely stay here again, especially since the communication with the hosts was top tier, with responses in less than 10 minutes every time!

We had the best time at Casa Tucan! The home was even more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed. Mario, the host, was friendly, quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for a driver, a housekeeper and massage therapists. They were also able to provide a travel crib for our baby. The location is ideal as it has a great view of the beach and is close to El Tunco. We felt very safe in this gated community. We highly recommend their home for your stay in El Salvador.

Wonderful place. Very well kept home and excellent views. Easy walk down to the beach. All common areas and rooms have A/Cs- this was so great as most other homes around the areas don’t have one in the kitchens. Highly recommend. Will stay again.
