I was very satisfied with my stay. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Everything worked properly and the place was quiet, safe and pleasant. The host's attention was excellent, always friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay in total comfort. The pool was perfect and the condominium is very safe, quiet and private, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The location is also excellent, very close to several beaches and supermarkets, which makes everything much more convenient. The host's service was exceptional: he always responded very quickly, was very friendly, and also gave us excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit in the area. She definitely made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Norman's house was just wonderful. What you see is what you get, or even better. Nice and clean, no bugs at all ;-) Great privacy. The pool was so nice, also when it was dark with the lights. Comfortable beds. 2 nice bathrooms - the master bathroom was very large. Very big kitchen with everything you need. Great communication with Norman, he gave lots of info. Our stay was too good and we were sad to leave.

Thanks to Norman! We loved our week-long stay at his casa! The house and courtyard are impeccably clean. There is really everything you need to cook, fully equipped kitchen like at home and perfect for preparing lunches for outings. The rooms are very comfortable. Our teenagers were able to sleep peacefully in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace. The courtyard is in the sun from morning to evening. The terrace/pool and the quietness of the community are our highlights of the week. This private neighborhood is new and has its own gatehouse with 24/7 security guard. Tamarindo is a colorful city, we all loved it. Surfing during the day and our evening walks to find great restaurants made our stay. And also the constant heat of Costa Rica. Norman was more than receptive to our questions and messages. Without hesitation, I recommend this peaceful retreat where you immediately feel at home!
