Gisselle

What a spectacular view from the terrace, the bed, the jacuzzi. We had an epic sunset. The kids loved sleeping altogether in the same room. The cloud forest is a must do experience.

The stay was wonderful. The house has a modern style and at the same time blends in beautifully with nature. Everything was very clean and tidy, and we immediately felt at home. The support and communication with Gisele and her daughter were 5 stars. Always available to help with everything we needed in the house or with the activities that can be done in the area. We will never forget the days we spent here.

We stayed for 2 nights at Gisselle's house and found the place beautiful and peaceful. The house is very beautiful with a superb terrace and incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and the showers with forest views were superb. Communication with Gisselle was exceptional. She gave us restaurant suggestions and responded quickly to our requests. His two dogs came to visit us and were adorable. The house is on the Gisselle farm, and we were able to see cows, horses, and a pony. We would recommend this house and would return if we had the opportunity. Thank you, Gisselle, for the warm welcome!

We LOVED this place. Our welcome was gorgeous, Giselle and her daughter included some additional things like the fire-pit and a pony meet for our 6 year old. The place was ridiculously beautiful and it felt like home from the outset. We absolutely loved our time here. The glass shower experience was incredible and just being in nature was wonderful, Waking up to the views of the mountains each day was amazing. Facilities were amazing. Recommendations for Le Tigre Waterfalls turned out to be out favourite day in a 3 week tour of Costa Rica. Frankly, it was just fabulous and we loved it. Thank you so much for a wonderful and what felt like personalised experience x

Beautiful spot! Easily my favourite air b&b in Costa Rica! Did not want to leave! Incredible view, was nice having the cows close by! Nice big rooms and super comfy beds!

Gisselle's place is honestly one of the nicest Airbnb's I have stayed in. I echo every other review that says this is one of the most beautiful places to stay. The home is in an amazing location with unobstructed views of rolling farmland all the way to the coast. It was the most peaceful setting, really a place to relax. And if you are seeking adventure, it is very close to an amazing zip line company (10 minute drive), and a short drive to town. The inside of the home was beautifully finished from kitchen to bedrooms to the bathrooms with rock wall features. Huge windows and sliding glass doors all along the deck make for amazing views and sunsets. Gisselle was also an incredible host. Great communication, thoughtful touches for guests, and we felt very welcome. Highly recommend staying at Gisselle's home. It was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica.

Gisselle's place was beautiful. Rainbows and sunsets and rainforest. Birds, parrots, hummingbirds. The days were beautiful at her place. It was very special! A short drive to Santa Elena and many ziplining excursions around. The evenings were mostly spent indoors enjoying the rain.

Beautifully presented property in a breathtaking location about 20 mins from Monteverde. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility, and the extensive views. Gisselle was very kind and provided some essentials as well as setting a firepit for our second night. Immaculately clean throughout. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day exploring the area. Thoroughly recommend visiting Treetopia for ziplining and hanging bridges and nearby El Tigre waterfalls for trekking, swimming and a gentle horse ride back up the hill. 4x4 or high clearance car useful as the roads are mostly gravel with some potholes.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Encanto Verde. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful, and it really feels like you’re in a treehouse. We found it very comfortable for our group of five (two kids). The host clearly prioritizes her guests; her daughter greeted us and showed us all of the features of the home and even offered to book tours for us. She brought firewood and lit a fire for us. Everything was very smooth, and you truly can’t ask for a more beautiful location. I’d give this six stars if I could.

Gisselle's place is absolutely amazing. We can't say enough positive things not only about the place and location, but Gisselle is the best host. She was super proactive with communications. She booked multiple tours for us, got great prices, and we were able to change a few things once there. The house is beautiful and super unique. We woke up to rainbows 2 mornings in a row. Our girls loved it. Hot tub, firepit, stunning bathrooms, etc. Loved the design. Gisselle also just went above and beyond as a host. We had an issue with our rental car and the mechanic showed up 2 hours before they were supposed to and she totally took care of it for us. This is almost like a high end boolutiqe hotel. Would love to visit again.

Gisselle’s place was absolutely amazing. It was even more beautiful than the phots. Gisselle even was thoughtful and had a birthday surprise waiting for me upon arrival. My girls also loved the visits from Gisselle’s sweet dogs. Her communication was spectacular. She went above and beyond to even book us an incredible tour. I have traveled a lot but this is by far my favorite Airbnb experience ever. Don’t hesitate to book this!

All was perfect, just consider that the road to get there is unpaved and dark at nights. No big deal but a need to know for sure

We loved our stay! The house is definitely off the beaten path, but we prefer and love that! Our family of 5 fit perfectly in the 2 bedrooms. The views are incredible and a very peaceful and private house. Would definitely book again if we find ourselves ba k in the Monteverde area.

Our stay at this Airbnb was too short to fully enjoy all that was offered. The grounds and view were beautiful as was the house clean and exactly as pictured in the post. Gisselle was precise with directions and responsive to our inquires. We would definitely stay here again!
