We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Element. It's the kind of place you don't really want to leave: the private pool, the tranquility and the beautiful nature around you. From the villa you can spot various animals, such as monkeys. Sophie is a great host: always quickly available, helpful, and ready to answer all your questions. The road to the villa is steep in some places and a bit bumpy, but with a 4x4 (as recommended), it is manageable. In addition, the lively main street of Santa Teresa with nice restaurants and shops is a short distance away. Absolutely recommended!

This house is more amazing than the picture and well worth the steep incline up to the house. The daily cleaning service was an absolute plus. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat for families.

This house was wonderful. My wife and I stayed for a week with my two teenage daughters. We really loved the tranquility and natural setting of the home. The outside was perfect for relaxing and soaking up some sun. We tried not to spend too much time inside but when we did it was spacious and comfortable. All of the light switches were marked and the A/C worked very well to cool the place off after a hot day of outdoor activities. The kitchen had everything you need to cook at home and there was even salt and pepper 😊. There was a nice fruit basket, bottle of wine and coffee waiting for us on our arrival. We got in late after a long day of traveling and they had the lights on and house cooked off for us. There was also a daily cleaning service (which we really didn’t need everyday) but it was greatly appreciated. We did not use Sophia’s concierge service but when we did have questions she was super responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home with incredible views! The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of space for our group. The pool was fantastic for morning swims and sunsets. Also, almost everyone in town gathers on the beach at sunset to swim/play/stroll which was a blast. As with any home in Costa Rica that comes with views there’s a hill to get up to the house but it was easily managed with a four wheel drive car or even better a 4 wheeler (which is the best way to get around.) This house is in an amazing location right in the middle of the action. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!

this house is very nice and clean and a definitely recommend you book it. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would say be aware of the bugs when staying in this town, we went in May and there were many and also an ATV would be very much ideal as the house is on a hill.

Great Airbnb stay in Santa Teresa. The location is perfect: very close to town, the beach, and all the beach clubs. The house itself was clean, comfortable, easy to maintain during a vacation stay, and just perfect for our needs. The drive to the house is quite steep first up and then down but after the first time we were completely used to it and it was no problem at all. I would just not recommend walking it. Camille helped us amazingly with any extras, which made our stay even smoother. When my husband was delayed, she found the best and fastest way for him to join us. The boat trip was also very pleasant, with very good service. The boat was clean, and the staff were very friendly and gave us an amazing experience. The cleaning service was also excellent. The staff were very kind, flexible, and did a great job. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The trip was incredible. The house was perfect. We would not have had the time we had if it wasn't for the conceirge and staff helping us and recommending things to do. They connected us with local vendors and helped us in every possible way. This was arguably the best airbnb expirience provided by hosts that my wife and I have ever had. Quadruple thumbs up.

Fantastic place to stay! The house is even better in person!! Anything you need the host will help with! Whether we needed a reservation or a booking in the area, she does it all for you! We had a great time at villa element and will most definitely be back.

Villa Element was wonderful. It is a beautiful home and the view is terrific. Support was very good, and any issues that arose were resolved expeditiously and fairly. I would return.
