We had a good stay at the beach villa. The location was nice and the property matched the listing. It was clean and had the basic amenities we needed for our trip. Everything worked well and we had a comfortable stay. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with lots of restaurants and beaches near by.

My friends and I had a very pleasant stay, very peaceful and nice. Rani and his staff were very friendly and helpful. He was also flexible with the check out.

The house is very well located, a 3-minute drive from the beach. Very clean, very well equipped, the solar panels are a real asset because it avoids being impacted by power outages in Nicaragua, the environment is very beautiful, very peaceful, there is always a guard or a person available, the host is also very responsive and attentive, I totally recommend this Airbnb and would not hesitate to return.

A spectacular place to stay.

Everything was perfect, just the beds were a bit hard for me. Great decor. The salad and fruit platter was superb. Very nice concept. Very nice experience.

We absolutely loved Rani’s place. It’s a very beautiful, minimalist villa with tasteful design. The entire place was well thought out. We enjoyed the privacy of the large garden and the grass is a nice touch and was one of my favorite parts. Well placed plugs for electronics, easy to connect to starlink WiFi. Entire place runs 100% on solar so is resilient to frequent power outages that are common in the area. Rani brought us fresh fruit one morning which was nice. It’s not directly on the beach but is easy with a truck or motorcycle and even walkable. Several good restaurants in the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay again!

Rani was extremely responsive and proactive, even going so far as offering the rental of his personal scooter. Brought us fresh greens and produce from the farm every morning (or least offered, he brought so much we couldn't eat it all each day!). The space is very peaceful but still close to great surfbreaks and restaurants.

What a beautiful place, super close to Popoyo Beach and its restaurants—a 15-minute walk or less by car—and super close to other beautiful beaches. Lovely terrace for stargazing at night! I would definitely stay with them again.
