First things first there are a lot of steps. However me and my group did not touch one piece of luggage. They carried each of our bags up the steps and back down there were 8 of us so lots of bags. They made sure that we didn’t need a thing and if we did it was handled right then and there never later. The porch was our favorite spot it’s huge. We sat out there every night. We never felt crowded and most nights four of us slept on the couch. Everyone on the property was overly kind and helpful… I am absolutely staying here again….
Great spot with a great view. Rooms were clean and looked like the photos. The lobby receptionist was very friendly.
This location has a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony, very responsive host and amazing layout with one master bedroom (1 king), one room with 2 double beds, and one room with 2 twin beds. On a side note however, this airbnb is located inside a hotel and you must climb 5 flights of stairs to reach this penthouse suite. Be prepared for the exercise :) It is also located near a karaoke bar. Bring ear buds and a white noise app, there is NO ESCAPING the volume.
The location was perfect. It was near the water taxi and also next to a golf cart rental so it was very convenient for me and my bandmates. The only thing we didn’t like was walking up miles of steps after a long day of working. Other than that, the place was spotless, very spacious and beautiful with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and Barrier Reef.
The stay was beautiful! Super friendly staff and focused on making the trip the best it can be. Makes me want to come back
The apartment was very large and spacious. There are 3 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds, one with 2 queen beds and one master with a king bed and private bathroom. The master bathroom didn't have any hooks or towel bars to hang your towel after a shower. The other bathroom did. The bedspread on the king bed had a huge stain on it or it needed to be laundered, not sure which but it did not make one feel like sleeping under it. The other two rooms seemed okay. The apartment can sleep 8 people, yet there wasn't enough cutlery for 8 people, only 3 spoons and 4 forks and a few knives. The floor was dirty. Some water was spilled and we wiped it up with a towel and was shocked at how dirty it was. There didn't appear to be an owners closet for cleaning supplies, so I imagine the cleaning staff doesn't want to carry the necessary equipment up 5 flights of stairs to clean properly, but that's just a guess.
Place is great for land Large group, host was great, facilities need to be worked on and place could use elevator.
This place is great! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and you could see 4 sets of fireworks right off the deck area. Conveniently located to everything and the staff was prompt and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. We had 6 people and there is plenty of room. Amazing views and very clean.
Giving five stars because the host was wonderful. The place itself was solid, but definitely more of a hotel than an Airbnb. As other people stated they really don’t provide much at all and the home related things like utensils that they have were not great (rusty knives, old cutting boards, nothing for cooking like salt/pepper/etc). That being said it is close to the beach and five minute golf cart right away from the heart of City center. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. If you are okay with more of a hotel vibe with limited things offerings than this is perfect. For an Airbnb it could use a bit of extra things.
The place was great with a great view. I wish there was an elevator. Being on the 5th floor without an elevator was challenging for my older parents. They barely left the room due to the 10 flight of stairs. Other than that the place was spacious and great!
The house is beautiful, large, comfortable, with a very nice view, the pool is amazing and the people who welcomed us were very friendly and accessible, the only detail is that for an older adult it is difficult to climb, there are 5 floors and it is heavy and in the main room I suggest darker curtains, it dawns very early (5:30 am) and the light comes in fully.
The space is a good size. However the photos in the listing are of two different spaces. Look closely as this space has the white sectional and smaller kitchen (although large enough). The kitchen has few supplies. We needed to purchase salt pepper, sponges, paper towels, etc etc.
This AirBnB is a large apartment on the top floor of a hotel. It’s a 5 floor walk up, so be prepared for that. The hotel staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The apartment decorations are a bit spare at the moment, but it’s very clean and spacious. The balcony is solid. It’s on a somewhat busy street so there’s car and construction noise, but a pretty solid view of the ocean. There’s some noise from the bar next door but it’s not bad and a tradeoff of being in a really ideal area of San Pedro. It’s a 5 min golf cart ride to town north or 10 minutes to totally quiet beach resorts going south. Overall a nice experience, highlight was the staff they will really take care of you.
