The villa is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, an amazing pool, and a peaceful atmosphere. We loved waking up to the sounds of monkeys, watching birds, and spotting lizards, it truly feels like a Costa Rican jungle experience. The location is great: about 10 minutes from Playa Carmen and 25 minutes from Playa Hermosa for surfing. We also appreciated the complimentary laundry service during our stay. The final road to the villa is very rough and steep, so a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by road communication. We received the driving instructions only at 12PM on check-in day after starting our journey, and with limited connection we almost got lost. On departure day, we asked the host to confirm a route was safe, but it turned out to be very rough and remote, causing us to lose several hours before our flight. This is a beautiful property in an incredible setting. With more accurate road guidance, our stay would have been excellent

First time to Costa Rica and this property was just as amazing as the country. Expansive views over the treetops and out to the ocean where we could watch lightning storms off in the distance at night while lounging in the infinity pool. We actually had great weather during our stay so maximized the daylight roaming around on rented quads. Grocery store is just 10 minutes away as well as various shops and restaurants with great food. Exceptionally clean property with very comfortable beds made for a great re-charge after a long day out exploring the coast. We enjoyed some of the challenging roads in the area and even the road up to the property was fun------but a 4x4 is the way to go. Our host, Raquel, was very responsive and helpful during our stay, recommending some local things to do. Overall, a great vacation and a beautiful property that we would definitely want to enjoy again on our next trip back.

thank you very much for this wonderfull stay at your house. we felt so at home from the first moment. we (my husband and our two kids /3 and /6) were there for 2 weeks. The view is amazing, the kitchen is very well equipped, the Pool is so great, we saw there monkeys, macaws, leguans, squirrel,tucans.... and Raquel was so helpful... I really recommend this house. when we ever will come back to Costa Rica, we will rent this house again. Just one thing, you absolutly need a car or an ATV. thank you so much

This was by far one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Views were incredible and we saw monkeys almost every day. We were close to everything and Silvia was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was perhaps one of the best homes I've stayed in, both in and outside of Costa Rica. Everything was amazing here, the ocean views, the infinity pool, the very spacious and impeccable house. Raquel and Federico were very attentive, and thanks to them we had an adventure day on an ATV. They help you with all the logistics so that they leave the motorcycles at the door of the accommodation. The monkeys and birds that walk around all day make you feel like you're in paradise. The town of Santa Teresa is very close by car, and you have supermarkets and good restaurants within a short distance by car or ATV. If you came to this review, don't hesitate to book this true tropical gem that will make you experience the true experience of a luxury beach house in Costa Rica.

Silvia’s house is absolutely stunning, like something out of Architecture Digest. Our biggest gripe about Airbnbs in the country are that often times the kitchen is not functional for preparing meals other than maybe making coffee. But the kitchen of Silvia’s home is an absolute dream, and we spent most of our time cooking in, enjoying the view, and eating whilst not worrying about our toddler disturbing others like at a restaurant haha… we’d be back in a heartbeat if the house is available!

Great place to stay with a stunning pool and view!

Silvia was very helpful throughout including in proactively making recommendations and helping book events. The property is awesome. Provides a great view and privacy while being a short drivable distance from the commercial areas in Santa Teresa. We didn't experience difficulty in getting up and down the access road - although we did have a 4x4 and it was mostly dry.

Sylvia was an amazing host! I highly recommend her home if you’re looking for a very quiet, private, and relaxing stay. Please be mindful that you are in Costa Rica, so you will be one with nature.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and very well kept. The pool is big, super clean and just amazing to relax in. On top of that, the view is stunning. We truly enjoyed everything about this place and would love to come back!
