The house is very well equipped, the net over the living room is ideal for children, the pool is great, and the location is excellent. We will be back soon. Highly recommended.

Great condo. Great hosts.

Excellent location. You don’t need a 4x4 vehicle. You can easily walk to Playa Carmen. Each apartment offers plenty of privacy and spacious living areas. Your car stays safe and secure. I especially appreciated the large, comfortable beds, and the fact that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The only improvements I would suggest are having an electronic lock on the main entrance, as it currently uses a small key, and adding a microwave in the kitchen. It would also be nice to provide blankets in the bedrooms for more comfort. they are wonderful hosts, and I would definitely come back without hesitation!

We had a great stay and would recommend this accommodation without hesitation! The accommodation was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everything was well thought out, and we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The location is also perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the grocery store and the beach, which is very convenient. The pool was always clean and pleasant, a real plus for relaxing. We also really appreciated the friendliness of the on-site staff. Everyone was welcoming, smiling, and always ready to help. Thanks for a great experience!

The house was perfect for our short stay in Malpais. Walkable to the beach and a handful of restaurants. We had rented an ATV to get around and explore further. We did not get a chance to use the pool as we spent most of the time at the beach, though we’ve looked very inviting. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond to questions and share recommendations. I would definitely recommend renting this home if you’re in the area.

We had the very best time. The villa was even more beautiful than expected. The kids had a lot of fun on the net floor next to the pool. The complex with several villas is superbly maintained and beautifully designed. We will be happy to come back. Thanks, Emilia and Mike

Great place! Will be back

A wonderful place to stay in Santa Teresa! (and we have been in town several times!) . First, the property is very nice, even better than in the pictures. Beautiful garden, peaceful, very easy walk to a part of the beach that is never crowded, and offers shadow, tide pools and open swimming space, even some monkeys choose that spot to chill in the trees! Also it's walking distance from a couple of supermarkets and The Bakery, a highly recommended coffee shop that it's a must when we visit. Emilia and Mike are the best hosts you can get, like having family or friends in town.

Excellent, every detail was taken care of, and the service was impeccable. It definitely met my expectations. Recommended!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The rooms were as described and very clean. To get around in Santa Teresa, a car or ATV is recommended. Communication worked very well and quickly. We would mist definitely visit again.

Great stay in one of the most beautiful vacation rentals we have visited so far. It had everything you needed! The location is good, as you are not far from the beach, supermarket, etc., but you do have to walk on the street. If we go back to Costa Rica, we'll definitely come back!

Beautiful modern apartment, very clean, quiet, surrounded by greenery. Very helpful and friendly landlord, good communication, always available. We were super satisfied with everything and would gladly come back.
