Nice place close to everything and at a comfortable price

I thought it was a great place The host was very attentive to every detail

The stay was great and the surroundings were quiet

Second time at Benoit's house and the truth is we would stay again, a very nice, quiet area, close to Avellanas beach, Playa Negra and about 40 minutes from San Juanillo.

Benoit us to host last minutes in the evening around 7 p.m. He was super friendly, showed us around the place and gave us tips on good places to eat and visit. Don't miss it!

Very well located 5 minutes by car from Playa Negra. The apartment is spacious , air-conditioned with a beautiful exterior and Benoit was a great host!

Perfect accommodation to enjoy the beaches of the area, black beach, hazel beach and even tamarind is very close and accessible. Excellent host Benoit, very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended!

Very nice and positive host, there is a very nice garden, bbq place with table and chairs. Nothing to complain about. The dog is awesome.
