We were very happy with the condo. Right down the street to the beach and many restaurants. The food court next door made it easy to keep the whole family happy. Everyone could eat whatever kind of food they wanted. The pool was great to cool off in after a hot day at the beach. Security guards and garage parking kept us and our rented golf cart feeling secure.

This unit could not be more centrally located in Tamarindo. We absolutely did not need a car unless we wanted to venture outside the area. The central location does mean that there can be some noise at night (motorcycles, etc). This would be the case in any very central location I believe. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were supplied with everything we needed as well. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked very well. Great unit! As far as beach supplies, there are a few chairs and a large cooler available. You can also just rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Sonia was extremely helpful with taxi to the airport and helping us plan excursions. Thank you!

This place was absolutely perfect for my vacation with two teenagers. Very walkable and safe with gate and security guard. The pool and the patio were great for lounging and the beach was a short walk. Igor and Sonia were so responsive and helpful in booking local activities and transportation for us. All we had to do was relax and enjoy!

We were beyond thrilled with this condo. The location could not be beat! It is within about a 1 minute walk to the outdoor food market (which is incredible). It makes for such an easy evening dining option with kids or after a long day of fun. It’s an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. It’s in the absolute middle of everything yet somehow was completely quiet by 10pm. Inside the condo, it’s was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The beds are soooo comfy! Oh- and the balcony overlooking the pool is such a bonus. The complex is very nice, super safe, and feels very welcoming. It was our small family of 3 (with a 6 year old) and we could have stayed here for months. Everything we could want.

Sonia was so great! She set up four different taxis for us and was so responsive when the A/C unit broke…was only down for an hour or two! Perfect location, walking distance from beach and easy for tour groups to find. Overall a very great stay!!
