Great stay!

A large, clean villa. Marcus always responded quickly and helped us.

Marco's place was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and located right in the center of Santa Teresa - there is a popular food place at the bottom of the street and we ate there many times. The pool at the house was beautiful and nice and cool temperature wise. The Airbnb is located on a little bit of a hill, we didn't have an ATV but managed no problem. There was an issue with the TV but Marcos was extremely attentive and solved the problem the next day. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Costa Rica. Thank you Marcos!

My family and I had an amazing Christmas in Santa Teresa. Overall La Luna was perfect. 1. Pictures represent the listing 2. Marco was pro active in communication and responsive to our questions. 3. Easy walk to beach and Main Street. (Dirt road, and short hill hike). Location was very central. 4. We did not cook but plenty of supplies if you wanted to. Not ideal part Construction near the house is still in progress. Noise wasn’t overwhelming but was present. The “worst”, but not really that bad, was to have to walk through it whenever you ventured away from the home or returned to the house. Next time 1. We will rent quad or side by side to for duration of stay. Car worked fine but just a bit harder to maneuver on steep hills and dirt roads. 2. Bring a speaker to play music.

The place is clean, well located near the beach, and has good amenities. Marcos is very helpful and responds quickly to questions. We stayed with our toddler and he arranged a cot, high chair and gate around the pool that all worked well. While the location is good, there are other places around it and behind the house they were constructing new ones. This meant construction noises during the day and sometimes needing to wait for a car or digging machine to move out of the way before you could leave for the beach or town. By the time of reading construction might already be finalised though. Overall, we had a very nice stay but as mentioned, with minor nuisance from the surrounding places and the construction.

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic, and Marco is one of the best hosts I have ever met. I can highly recommend this place!

Wonderful home, great location, walkable to the best of Teresa but still secluded and quiet!

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Santa Teresa and the surrounding beaches (Malpais, Montezuma, etc.) Wonderful place, with very helpful cleaning staff and with top / working amenities, inc. wi-fi and the BBQ. Location was excellent as well, peaceful but within walking distance of the main beach and popular restaurants / bars. Marcos was a very attentive / friendly host, providing us with some great recommendations for surf and even a stop to eat, en route from Liberia to Santa Teresa. Would 100% come back if we were to visit ST again. 👏 ✌️

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Our kids said one of their favorite things about the trip was the "borrowed house"😂. The home was spacious and great for our two families with three kids (3, 5, and 5). It was very clean and we loved the plants in the bathrooms, it felt like a jungle spa. The kitchen was decently stocked were we did a fair amount of meals at home. For us it was an easy walk to the beach for our 5-year-olds, but sometimes the 3-year-old wanted a piggyback ride on the way back up the hill. We all loved the morning monkey visits and lots of pool time in between beach and hiking adventures. Hope to come back again some time soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is ultra modern, very clean, contains a beautiful well-facing pool and you can access the beach in just a few minutes' walk. The villa is slightly set back so very quiet. The owner is very friendly, available and proactive! The people who take care of the housekeeping and pool were also very friendly and professional. Thank you for making our trip to Costa Rica even more enjoyable and memorable!

We can’t express enough how amazing this trip was! The house was beyond beautiful with tons of natural light and was kept very clean throughout the week (a cleaner came in everyday to tidy up!) All the bedroom sliding doors had screens so we could keep them open at night to hear all the wonderful sounds of the jungle! AC units worked great as well if we got hot! This house was in an ideal location - walking distance to great cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Marcos was so easy to reach if we needed something and also recommended an amazing bioluminescence tour that we went on! Would give 10 stars if we could!!! We will be back!

La Casa de Marcos is spectacular, very conveniently located near restaurants, the beach and shops. Marcos' service is impeccable, the house is super clean, very well equipped, it matches the photos, it's even nicer. Communication with Marcos was very fluid and easy, always attentive. Everything works perfectly. I definitely recommend it and would come back.

Everything about this experience was a 10/10! The house itself was incredibly beautiful and as described. It was in such a private area while still walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Beach access was easily accessible. I would definitely recommend staying here!
