There are enough rooms for the whole family. There are shopping centers three minutes away. The house has all the amenities and is super large and very comfortable. We had a very comfortable stay with complete privacy.

The house is very big and each room has a bathroom so it was perfect for our number of guests, however the place has a lot of dirt marks on the walls and the towels were stained, and some of the airconditioners were faulty/leaking. Other than that everyone had a lot of space, and the communication was fast and efficient. Best thing about this place is the location!

We stayed for 8 days in July. The condo has a great location and a lot of potential, but ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues impacted our stay. Pros: Great location within walking distance of restaurants and the beach (though the walk back is uphill). Nice décor and a well-designed floor plan. Cons: The upholstered furniture was heavily soiled and smelled, and there was a strong sewage odor in the kitchen/living area. The A/C was unbalanced, the main bedroom Wi-Fi didn’t work, the master shower never got very hot, and the bathroom had no ventilation. Several faucets were loose, the shower drains had visible mold, and the condo needs a much deeper cleaning. The kitchen sponge was dirty and appeared to have been left from previous guests. The listing also showed beach chairs and an umbrella, but none were provided. The most disappointing part was that several previous reviews mentioned these same issues, and the host had replied they were fixed.

I rate it as good. Just one detail: the stove did not work, so it did not meet my needs, and I was left with my groceries without being able to use them, since the problem was not solved, and I did not have that service for the entire stay. For my family, it was essential. Other than that, everything was OK.

The host was very communicative leading up to the stay, also helping arrange our airport transportation. Check in was easy. There was always someone at the desk, providing a sense of safety. The area was very chill and walkable. Many restaurants and banks and fitness places. The kitchen was stocked with dishes which were very helpful. There was lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner, and earplugs since it can be noisy outside. It’s only 10 minutes away from Walmart, the beach, the clubs. The only thing is the condo had a very distinct smell of sewer and some chemical. It seemed it got worse throughout the week unfortunately. Also, we dealt with an air conditioning problem. The back room and bathroom were dry and hot! The 2nd day the host had maintenance come and work on it which helped a little. If the smell and air conditioning weren’t a problem this place is amazing.

We totally loved the place, it was exactly like the pictures, the place it’s really spacious and beautiful! And we have Costco and a supermarket open 24hrs near the building which it’s really nice, we would love to come back!

The place is aestheticly decorated and super clean. We had an amazing view from our balcony. Super close to downtown Los Cabos and the Marina. The host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Good location for those who don't want to be close to the hotels on the coast, plus 10/10 for having a 24-hour Soriana. The pool is very comfortable, as is the rest of the space.

A beautiful apartment! It stands out for its comfort and good taste. The view is very nice since you can see the arch. What we regretted was the sound of the generators from the business across the street. Beyond that, everything is more than excellent.
