We had an AMAZING stay! Erik was very responsive and offered detailed instructions and recommendations on the resort and local options to enjoy! The residence was exactly as described and totally recommend! It was very spacious and had every item we used at our personal home! The resort offered numerous amenities when we wanted to venture out of the residence. We Love Cabo would LOVE to stay at Hacienda Encantada again!!!

Eric’s place was beautiful, all the staff were dazzling and so kind. They had amazing views and space. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent home with amazing amenities! We slept great and the kitchen was well stocked. The butler and housekeeper were also attentive each day and Erik was always quick to respond. We look forward to going back.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! We loved the private pool and hot tub (both at the perfect temperature), the daily housekeeping, access to a butler, and the location. Would definitely recommend this place for a big group!

We loved Erik’s villa! It was very nicely decorated, clean, and roomy, with nice amenities. Daily maid service is great, as is having a butler to help with reservations, information, or any issues or needs. Location is close to a really nice grocery store, Costco, and downtown/the Marina. Only challenge we had at the Villa was getting the pool and spa temperatures regulated. That being said, we were still able to enjoy it most of the time. Also, got charged more than expected for the daily gratuity fees and optional sanitation fees that were for the property. All in all we had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again!!

We had a fantastic time at Erik’s place. It was clean, modern, pleasant, and well situated in the resort. Erik was fantastic, always responsive to questions, and made sure we had the information we needed to make our check-in and stay seamless. My family loved it!

If you want to be WOWED ....then this is the place for you!!!! Cannot even begin to tell you how thrilled we were with Erik's place in Cabo San Lucas!!! From the moment we drove on to the property, we were thrilled with what we saw. We were greeted by Joshua, our private butler, who checked-in to the private villa onsite. Joshua went over everything that we could have possibly needed to know, giving us his private telephone so that we could contact him at a moments notice, if we had any concerns, or if we wanted to book an event (whatever), he was on it. He even showed up everyday, just to check on us, to make sure that we were having a great time.... The moment we were inside the villa, we were astounded by the stellar view, from almost any vantage point in the home. The sliding glass wall opened onto a huge deck on the top floor that looked onto the Sea of Cortez. It was a fabulous view, which we enjoyed throughout the 14 days or our stay. The home itself was beautifully decorated and super clean and had daily maid service... Each of the three bedrooms had its own full bathroom with walk in closet, which was nice for the three couples staying. We did a lot of cooking in the villa, and it was very well equipped with everything that you would have at your home. Our BBQ was even cleaned daily and the service at our pool was better than most hotels. I must say that Erik was very quick to communicate with us on any questions that we had. The location was perfecto. We could easily drive to either Cabo San Lucas or San Jose Del Cabo (each having something different to offer). In San Jose we went on the Art Walk, we went to Flora Farms, and half expected to see George Clooney, but he was not there, LOL......We also went to dinner at Acre...another little Gem! We were busy every day, but always had a beautiful home to come home to. We have rented many AIRBNB and VRBO but this by far was our favorite!!!!!! Cannot even say in words how Perfect this Villa was! We will Most Definitely be renting it again, if available. Thank you Erik for everything. Colleen Jim, and family from British Columbia!!

Great place to stay! Close to everything in Cabo! Clean, beautiful, well equipped! Butler available to help with reservations to restaurants! Easy to get taxi to go anywhere! We had a wonderful vacation!

All around perfect place to stay for the value. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook or recommend to a friend!

The place is gorgeous, amazing, and well worth the money. Erik was also great host for us. We had a misunderstanding with the resort about additional payments and Erik was very responsive and helped us solve that issue without any problems. Somethings that I would like to note, you are staying at a resort but you do not have the all-inclusive package so you either have to go grocery shopping and go downtown to eat, or buy the all-inclusive package at $117 per person per day at a minimum of 3 days. My friends and I chose the first option since it's cheaper and honestly the food downtown is much better than the food at the resort. I guess the only downside to that is that you do not get unlimited drinks. Lastly, the service was great. The room service came to clean multiple times each day (maybe even a little too often, which is not a bad thing), and there is always a taxi/golf cart that is ready to take you wherever you want to go. All in all, an amazing stay. I would absolutely consider coming back here.

Beautiful place! Very well equipped villa in a privet, gated area of the resort Hacienda Encantada! Close to town , restaurants and all the activities . We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our vacation !!!! Thank you Eric for you hospitality!!

Place is great. Has full resort amenities. As well as room service and house cleaning daily. Made life simple and easy.

We had a great time. The Villa is wonderful, perfect for 10 people. The location is very good, just 8 minute drive from Cabo San Lucas and the service crew is the best. I recomend this place 100%

It was amazing stay fro my family. The villa was wonderful, beautiful and very very clean. We felt at home all the time. Erik and his staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We have everything that we wish for and more.... Fantastic experience! Location is great, we dined at both San Jose and Cabos restaurants. Definitely will be back! Thank you Erik!
