The apartment is excellent, the location is very good, and the place is amazing. The following suggestion is more based on our own tastes. For us, the mattress in the master bedroom is very flexible.

I would improve the A/C automation, since it was hot both nights. Perhaps the bed in the main bedroom, which we find very soft, but some people prefer it that way. Everything else was perfect. Clean, well located, tidy, complete and with pleasant decor.

Beautiful apartment! Equipped with everything described and very good communication. I would have liked more flexibility with check-in and check-out, with slightly more flexible times, but everything was perfect.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. As constructive criticism, I could comment on certain situations: 1) We turned down the air conditioning, and the host sent us a message letting us know that they had a system that detected changes in the air conditioning. It's perfect that it has its own control, but I actually felt a little uncomfortable about it. 2) The extra cost for using the BBQ, which I don't think is bad, but I think it should be clarified so that the information is clear when renting. 3) Cold water comes out of the shower in the master bedroom if someone is showering in the other room at the same time. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Apartment in a good location and a good size for up to 6 people. The kitchen is quite well equipped, although the pans and cooking pots need to be replaced. We did not appreciate being notified the day before our stay that there was an additional charge for using the BBQ ($32), even though we had asked at the time of booking whether there was a BBQ, and they never mentioned any additional cost. In general, Isabel responds quickly, and she was helpful in assisting us to retrieve a piece of luggage that we had left inside the apartment when we checked out.

We had a lovely stay at Isabel's apartment. It is comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and pleasant. Everything is as described, and the information is accurate. The downside during our stay: the surrounding noise, during a busy period in Buenaventura (Easter week). Noise in the hallway, noise in the bedrooms (you can hear people entering the building from one of the bedrooms), noise in the apartment above (very noisy neighbors, even after 10:00 p.m. despite the regulations), and karaoke nights at the Mexican restaurant opposite, which also made a lot of noise on two evenings. We go to B. for the calm, so we were a bit disappointed this time. But for the rest, everything was great.
