Beautiful house. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Has everything needed. Bed is comfortable and the view of the ocean is stunning from the balcony. The location is fantastic. Walk to town and the beach is easy. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay.

The apartment is spectacular!! It has an amazing view and we were visited by some monkeys in the morning. It is very well equipped, it is spacious and the location and the condominium are very good. We would return 100%

The house is beautiful, with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the morning we saw monkeys and squirrels in the trees near the house. It has spacious bathrooms and cozy rooms and spaces. The silence at night is something I really appreciate, and the 24-hour security on site. I had a small problem with my reservation but the host kindly helped me solve it as quickly as possible and remained 100% attentive to all our needs. I definitely recommend this place in Santa Tere.

Located in a gated community at the right end of Santa Theresa beach, next to some cool/laid back restaurants and bars, a few hundred metres from a supermarket and next to one of the better surfing spots. Most of the homes in the area are build into the very steep hill overlooking the town so you need to be careful how high up you are. This was located nearer the bottom of the hill and opposite an entrance to the beach. It took a few minutes to walk down or we parked the car at the bottom for the walk back up if we were feeling lazy. Clara the host was awesome. Told us all the best places to get coffee, buy fresh fish and eat out at different budgets. She could not have been more helpful. The home itself is beautifully designed and nestled in the trees and jungle. We didn’t mind not having a garden given the large balconies, all the natural light and the communal swimming that we and the kids had to ourselves.

Gorgeous spot and great location. Clara was brilliant at replying to us quickly and clearly, sharing good recommendations. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful space for a group of friends! We loved the natural light and area to relax. They even had the place cleaned every other day during our stay. Note it is on a steep hill as other reviews mention. We managed to get around town without a car, and the place was very accessible to the beach and town.
