I hesitate writing this review because Suitree is an AMAZING property and the staff that we encountered were wonderful. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives in our case. There was a bug infestation in our room that became apparent after dinner. There were a large number of bugs around the minibar, along the walls near the bunk beds and throughout the room. We tried reaching someone through AirBnB as well as through the phone number that the staff gave us but received no response until the next morning. We learned later that reception closes at 9PM, the contact number is not operable after that time and there is essentially nobody there to help if situations or emergencies arise. Had we been able to leave, we would have. This is a very remote area and with the gate closed we were stuck. While not an "emergency", it did make us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
