We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this condo again! The hosts were incredibly accommodating from beginning to end, and their communication was exceptional. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy before and during our stay. The location is one of the biggest highlights. It's an easy 5-minute walk to both Tamarindo Beach and downtown, so we rarely needed the car. Despite being so close to everything, the gated community was peaceful and quiet at night, making it easy to relax after busy days exploring. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Having two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, gave everyone plenty of space, and the additional half bath downstairs was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was comfortable, and having a washer and dryer made traveling with kids so much easier. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient home base.

Of all the homes we've rented in our lives, this one was the best equipped! We were very comfortable there with our 3 children. It is very well located, with the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops and grocery stores, all within a 10-minute walk. We didn't use the car in the city. The atmosphere in Tamarindo is great and the atmosphere in the Villa Verde 2 condominium complex is just as great. You can enjoy two peaceful pools and sleep well in the spacious beds. The host's instructions are very clear and communication was effective. We highly recommend this listing. Traveler tip: Don't miss the fire show on the beach in the evening (every evening, Tama Onda restaurant, you can attend for free from the beach or enjoy the atmosphere inside)

Simply spectacular. The place, cleanliness, equipment, hospitality, and it's not said for the host's deal.... a was one of the best accommodations my family and I went there. Thank you very much don Yevgen for your dealings and hospitality! We look forward to coming back soon.

Great location close to beach & restaurants. Amazing hosts who were so gracious & attentive. This condo is clean, well appointed and great value. Highly recommend.

Short walk to the beach and town. The beds were very comfortable. AC works quickly and quietly. Kitchen is nice with beautiful wood table and benches, but the stove is old and pretty beat up, though better than you get almost anywhere else. Prices during high season in Tamarindo are very high across the board, as high as just about any city in the States, and if you try to go cheap on accommodations you will be very uncomfortable.

Well equipped overall. It felt like staying in a family home- a bit on the cluttered side, but on the positive side it had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect- 5 min walk to the beach or town. Overall a very quiet complex. The host was very quick to respond and flexible on our departure which was much appreciated.

Our family had a lovely stay here. It's very comfortable inside with everything you might need. It's within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The pools were a major hit with the kids and a real perk to have mid-day when it was hot but you wanted to be outside. Overall, I highly recommend this spot and would return back here.

Just back from a wonderful two weeks in Tamarindo. Yevgen is an excellent host. Always quick to respond to any questions, readily provides recommendations and even checked out yoga on the beach schedules for us. The apartment is well located and within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the night market (fun spot). Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, felt like home. It was nice to have ensuite bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. Beds were nice and comfy. Complex felt very safe and overall friendly staff especially the gentleman at security. Wifi was reliable and we even had access sitting by the pool. Hope to return in the future. Thank you Yevgen!

Wow must visit place. Super close to the beach in a popular area of Tamarindo. Close to restaurants and shops. You can feel that the owners love the place, everything well thought out and nicely organized. Also we had plenty of basic supplies, soap, towels, oil, spices so one less thing to worry about.
