Very nice, spectacular view! Close to downtown Alajuela, comfortable and cozy

We stayed here during our trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming to my family. The views were absolutely amazing, and the home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful house with an amazing view. The lights of the city and night are incredible. Great place to stay on your way in or out of San Jose. There were only 5 of us on our group, but it could definitely hold more. The living area, rooms and deck are spacious. The neighborhood isn't the best for walking and such, but I assume anyone who rents here would have their own car. A couple of restaurants are within walking distance. There are security gates and bars on all the homes on the neighborhood, which is mildly unsettling at first, but we never felt unsafe. The home itself felt very secure and property is peaceful and surprisingly secluded. The position of the property makes you feel like you're in a little oasis away from the city. I would definitely stay here again. I can't think of anything I would change. Excellent property.

Beautiful Experience

The experience was amazing. The accommodation is as seen in the photos: beautiful, clean and tidy. The house is spectacular.

The view at this place can't be beat. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back patio overlooking the city and the mountains and ended up wishing we had longer to stay. Zak was very communicative and check in/check out were a breeze

Zak's home was a wonderful place to stay while my family and I enjoyed our final days in the San Jose area. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The grounds were beautiful with a breathtaking view! My family felt right at home. Zak and his team were excellent hosts. Thanks Zak!

Don’t hesitate to book this place! It was a perfect way to end our 10 days in Costa Rica! We loved being up in the mountains with the view of the city. Cute walkable breakfast/lunch/mini super markets. We ate at the El Mirador and would recommend. The house was so clean and spacious!

Relax and enjoy the view from outside or inside the property! Really enjoyed our stay for a few nights, Zak and other hosts were super responsive and helpful with recommendations. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. Starbucks plantation tour was 10 mins away and definitely worth taking in. Amazing place to relax and take in the views of the city!
