Nadine and company were fantastic. Very responsive and attentive to anything we needed. Much recommended.

We had an amazing time at Casa Iguana. Perfect for families and if anyone is surfing, the rentals are right next door. The property manager was always very responsive and even immediately sent someone over if we needed help or to answer a question.

13 of us had a great time at this airbnb. One of the prettiest airbnbs I stayed at. I felt so safe and welcomed by Nadine and the security guard. Nadine is the best host ever and she responds very quick which is very helpful. 10/10!

Casa iguana was a wonderful place for my family to stay in Jaco, we rented the entire home. The home was just as described and matched the pictures. Nadine the host was very responsive and always answered questions very quickly. The home is located right on the beach, has security gates and is walking distance to many restaurants. The internet was good. I would highly recommend Casa iguana.

Casa Iguana was as beautiful as the pictures. The 4th floor deck was a great place to hang out at night and watch the sunsets. Nadine was always very responsive to questions and gave us several suggestions on places to eat. The home is nicely situated across from the beach and a short walk to the center of Jaco. We will be returning again.

Nadine was extremely helpful, responsive, proactive and polite. Location is incredible! House is on the beach you can’t get closer! If you’re looking for a beautiful house on the beach this one is the best value !!!

AMAZING! The property was everything it was advertised to be, and then some. You really have to see this place to appreciate it properly. You will be right on the beach and enjoy perfect sunsets. Within a few steps to 3 different restaurants/bars, and just a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco where we had endless options of things to do. This was the perfect balance between a quiet beachfront vacation with the option to have some nightlife just a few minutes away. The town is walkable, took about 20 minutes. As great as the property was, Nadine was even better. We have never had a host that was more helpful and welcoming. Nadine had great recommendations for activities in the area and was never bothered when we reached out to her. If back in Jaco, we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you Nadine and your whole team for an amazing vacation!
