We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4. The pool was great to relax in while we watched howler monkeys in the trees, a hammock for reading, comfortable outdoor seating for eating and relaxing. AC kept us comfortable. The area was wonderful- the house is an easy walk to the beach, several great restaurants (we loved Rosi’s and Chonchos). This was our first time in Costa Rica and the host helped so much with our many questions(sorry and thank you)! We had a great experience renting surf boards at frog pad and bikes from nosara mountain bike. We felt safe and relaxed in this beautiful area and community! Thank you!

We had a great week in Nosara…the house was exactly as described. The outdoor space was amazing and the location was what we hoped. Morgan and Kattia were extremely quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to come back again soon!

The area is much more busy than expected during the day. This turned out great for walking places near by but it was still very peaceful at night and the perfect size. The pool Is a great bonus on a hot afternoon. Kattia and Morgan were both great and responsive.

This spot was so perfect for our family! We were pleasantly surprised by some updates to the property that weren’t included in photos. The bathrooms have been updated and the outdoor space is amazing. With 2 young kiddos, it was nice to have a fenced space and a slightly elevated pool. Morgan was very responsive and provided recommendations in the area. Kattia, the house manager was very helpful with check in, provided local contacts for drivers, helped when we needed to visit the doctor, and also shared grocery store recommendations. The location is also ideal - just a short walk to the beach and down the alley from restaurants and shops. Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t say enough about this home. The location is perfect. We could walk everywhere and it’s only about a 4 minute walk to the beach. The home was spotless when we got there and the communication with Morgan was amazing! We are a family of three and it was perfect for us. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Nosara and we are already planning a trip back next year.

Great location. You can walk to everything you need beaches, bars, restaurants, golf cart rental. Great accommodation it has all the essentials comfortable beds and bedding updated bathrooms and new pool super responsive host and property manager. Thanks for a great stay we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Morgan is an excellent host responding quickly to any questions. The location couldn’t be better. Close walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping yet so quiet as we enjoyed the outdoor living. We also felt very safe at this location. Highly recommend!

Classic Costa Rican house with a pool! Perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. In the middle of everything but tuck away for privacy. Host was amazing and extremely accommodating. Felt like home. Thank you for having us!

The place is compact, but perfect for two couples. We absolutely loved the location, the plunge pool, and full-size washing machine and dryer. It’s an extremely central spot where walking to the beautiful beach is about five minutes. There are tons of shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream spots. If we go back, we would definitely stay at this place again. Thanks!

Morgan’s home was a gem of a find in a great location! The place was exactly as described, and Morgan was extremely communicative and responsive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the experience and would absolutely rent this home again. :)

Best little house to stay in North Guiones.

This is a great place to stay! The house is clean and updated. The location is a short walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The porch is great for hanging out in the evenings, plus there is a swimming pool to cool off in. I would gladly stay here again.

Stayed here for a surf trip for a week. The location was perfect, very short walking distance to the beach. The outdoor area and pool were both very nice areas to relax outside as well.
