Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. It was perfect for our big family. Jaime (the house caretaker) was extremely nice and helpful. The only small detail that we think wouldâve made the property perfect is if there a bit more lighting by the pool for the night time. Other than, I would definitely book again

The place was beautiful! We had a great time and enjoyed the pool so much. Monique was awesome and so flexible and Jaime who cares for the property was the best. He cut us up some coconuts and we were in heaven.

This property was worth every dollar. The beds were incredibly comfortableâmuch appreciated after long, active days. The house was spotless, both inside and out, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. Monique is a wonderful host: very responsive, flexible, and extremely professional. We had a small issue getting the outdoor grill started, and the maintenance person came out immediately without hesitation. I would absolutely return to this property with my family. Every member of our family enjoyed our week-long stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!!

Monique was simply the best host ever, first of all, this house was spotless, it felt right at home, the house is exactly as described in the pictures and even better. Itâs totally equipped with everything a big family will need and furthermore. When coming back to Las Veraneras this will definitely be the home weâd like to coma back to.

The place was amazing, it felt like being at home, Monique was really friendly all the time and was always attentive to any questions or things I needed, it's a great place to spend time with family and friends, the only thing is that in the dining and living room area there is no air conditioning so it's a little hot, otherwise everything was clean, tidy and easy to find, a plus for the laundry room because it has everything you need just like in the kitchen!

We loved the home â it was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our stay. The pool was awesome, and the beach club was a great added bonus. The host was polite, helpful, and made everything easy for us as guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

I cannot express myself enough on how appreciative I am within Monique and Jaime along with the property! Jaime does a great job taking care of the property and itâs super well maintained. Moniqueâs hospitality surely doesnât go unnoticed. I loved everything about this beautiful home- from amenities to how peaceful, spacious, and comfortable it was. Super grateful for how much my family and I enjoyed this home!

Wow, what a fantastic place! My family of 7, including 4 small children, traveled around ES for two weeks, we stayed at 4 different places and this one was BY FAR the best! I really wish we had just stayed here the whole timeâit was THAT good. The pictures of the house donât do it justiceâit is beautiful, clean, functional and so stunning in real life. The yard was absolute perfectionâthe caretaker, Jaime, really takes his job seriously. The pool was such a treat. Super clean and not heavy chlorinated. Beds were so comfortable and did I mention they have a washer and dryer!! Coming up on the end of our trip, our laundry situation was driving me crazy, so thank you Monique for thoughtfully providing laundry for your guests. Monique was such a generous and kind host, and responded to all my messages and questions despite being in a different time zone! What a lady! Thank you so much for everything.

Pros: Moniqueâs house was beautiful. Monique was able to make recommendations and helped us hire someone for the week to cook and clean. Monique also helped us by providing contact to book a mobile massage. Gated community. Cons: We saw a roach the first day but never saw one after that. The 6th day out of 8 at the property the electricity went out and we were informed that we were not going to have power for the rest of our stay. So with the heat in El Salvador we had no choice but to leave the property and get a new air bnb for the last 2 days I wish we would of been compensated more for all the inconvenience but we got what Monique offered us. But if the electricity is on for your entire stay the house is nice. The only feedback I would give is to add AC to the living room and kitchen it gets really hot.

Thank you for your kind words and for staying with us - weâre so glad you enjoyed the house and our service overall. Iâd like to clarify one point about the power outage. As mentioned to you during your stay, the issue was caused by a transformer problem on the road, managed by the local electricity distribution company and unfortunately outside of our control. We acted on it immediately, escalated the issue with the company to speed up the repair, and offered generators and fans while waiting for updates. The power went out around noon and was restored by about 7 pm the same day. At no point did we say that the power would be out for the remainder of your stay - we only mentioned that we couldnât predict how long it would take for the utility company to restore it. You decided to leave before we received further feedback on the restoration timeline, and we fully respected that decision. We agreed to a full refund for the remainder of your stay along with an additional amount to help with hotel costs, which exceeded most nightly rates in the area. You later requested a higher compensation, but since we had already agreed on a fair resolution, we kindly declined. We appreciate your feedback and do apologize for the inconvenience, even though it was beyond our control, we did our best to make things right. Weâre happy you found the home beautiful and well-equipped otherwise, and we wish you all the best on your future travels.
