This was a great central location in Cabo! It was beautiful and a lot of space for our family. The walk to the beach was quick, but not necessarily easy in the August heat! The Ubers to any location were cheap, and they recommended a driver to/from the airport. We loved the amenities and the pool, and would definitely stay again.

The place was incredible and so accessible to everything. Hugo was very helpful with everything we needed. He gave us amazing recommendations and was so kind. Thank you for everything, it was amazing!

Kristie's condo was absolutely beautiful! The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the condo at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need, just like at home. It had plenty of dishes, utensils, bowls, a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and so much more. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the jetted tub in the master bathroom was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The tiled showers were amazing, with excellent water pressure. The condo was also stocked with every type of towel we needed, which was a thoughtful touch. The location couldn't have been better. It was only a 3–5 minute walk to Medano Beach, or if you preferred to drive, parking was available right at the beach for just 60 pesos for the entire day. Kristie went above and beyond by providing pool floats, a beach bag, reusable ice cubes, a collapsible cooler, an umbrella, and three beach chairs, making beach days so easy

We stayed at Kristi’s place 7/9-7/13 and from the start Kristi was great! There was great communication and she connected us with Hugo, the concierge who reached out before the trip, helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, greeted us with drinks and Guac once we got there and helped arrange activities during our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, within walking distance to Medano beach, comfortable, right next to the pool and had all the amenities. We felt right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our family of five really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved that it was within walking distance of both the beach and the marina. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

I'm not particularly fond of reviewing Kristi because that's not who you deal with. The host on the property was incredible and very accommodating. I'm sure he is paid well. I would definitely come back here in the future

Kristi’s place was perfect for us. Her description was right on, her flexibility in letting us check in early and her responsiveness was stellar. The unit was well appointed and the location suited us well! We would highly recommend her home and working with her again!

We had a lovely time at Kristi’s place, we really enjoyed the ease of the pool with our kids. We got a rental car and parking was easy and found that useful for grocery runs and excursions elsewhere in Baja Sur. Would visit again!

Was clean and as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with super easy access to the pool and parking. we were surprised how secure everything was, absolutely no worries with our rental car and stuff. Staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. The beds in the second bedroom were just okay. The beds were close to the walls. The chairs at the counter were very comfortable but those at the table were painful. We loved having beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella to take to the beach. Overall we loved this place. Be prepared for loud music late into the night and traffic noise on the patio.

We stayed at Kristi's place for one week with four adults and two infants. The place was just perfect for us! The pool is right out the backdoor which was great as we could go to the pool with the baby monitors while the babies were sleeping. The place was clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Both, Kristi and Hugo were very helpful and made our trip very comfortable! Also, Hugo welcomed us with an AMAZING welcome snack. Thank you so much, we had a great time!

Blown away by this place. Much better than expected

Excellent condo close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach also walking distance to the Marina area, restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend it!
