My stay at this Airbnb was overall a great experience. I arrived after dark on a solo trip, and I really appreciated that someone was there at the gate to meet me and guide me to my space. That made me feel safe and taken care of. I will say I was a bit confused at first because the place I was given looked different from the photos I booked. It was still beautiful with amazing scenery, just not what I initially expected. The only real issue for me was the number of bugs at night. I understand this is glamping, so bugs are part of the experience, but it was more than I anticipated. If I had brought bug spray, it probably wouldn’t have been a problem. The breakfast was amazing and accommodated my vegan diet, which I really appreciated. Special shoutout to the juice. The pool was beautiful, and the location is great. It’s very close to the beach, whether you choose to walk, bike, or drive. I would book with Sophia again. Just be prepared with bug spray, and if you’re okay with that,

An amazing stay in the middle of the forest. The peace and quiet were just what we were looking for. We even got the chance to see howler monkeys—it was a magical experience. I would recommend it in a second.

Great concept of “roughing it” in the woods but it was WAY too hot to fall asleep at night with no AC, lots of mosquito bites and the property ran out of water on our first night. Other than that it was a cool experience!

This place is really very pleasant. We immediately felt very good there. The huts are beautiful. The outdoor shower is definitely a must. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is beautiful. I could say a lot about this place, but the photos are enough. One of the best places of our stay, so much so that we came back once during the stay. I would recommend it 100%.

The bungalow was poorly lit and throughout the weekend there were water cuts and they did not have a pump, which made everything difficult, even bathing and brushing our teeth

I'm very sorry about the water issue, we have a 5000 liter tank, but the water company had empty wells due to drought, it was not under my control unfortunately. I called a water truck to fill the tank, I arrived the next day because I had so much work. I hope you enjoy pure life in that wonderful country Sophie

We had a lovely time at Sophie’s place. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The only issue was that we had mosquitos at night despite keeping the doors closed. Would recommend otherwise :)

We had a great time at the Flor y Bambu hotel! The place is heavenly, very exotic, the place is magnificent and Sophie is very attentive and flexible (we arrived 1 night earlier). Breakfast is very good and the pool is very nice. Recommended++
