Alessandra was a dream. She was so nice, helpful, and very quick at responding. The place was amazing, the food was amazing and Luis was so helpful. My daughter had a great 18th birthday and so couldn’t have asked for anything better. Alexandra and the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special. I would definitely stay here again.

This home and experience exceeded ALL expectations. The host and staff went above and beyond in every dimension. The home is beautiful, private, and very comfortable. The meals and service were excellent throughout our stay. If you want to feel like royalty, Villa Bianca delivers! Just let Alexandra know what you need, and she makes it happen. Amelia and Pedro took care of the meals and drinks, and we can't express how great the food was! I've stayed at many great places (resorts, all-inclusive hotels, AirBnBs, etc) and this experience is at the top! We are already planning our next trip back. The best rental house in Cancun, very nice view and easy access to the beach, ideal to enjoy every day at home, you have everything there, you don't need to go out and Alessandra is very good, attentive and always available and attentive in case you need something, and the people who help in the house are very friendly and always attentive to you, this accommodation is highly recommended.

Amazing property, amazing service! Alessandra is an amazing host. she helped us with dinner reservations, yacht rental and gave many recommendations. She was prompt and made sure the Airbnb was stalked withe groceries. She also organized all the transport and helped negotiate lower prices with third parties.

My friends and I had the trip of a lifetime thanks to this property. Alessandra assisted my brother and I prior to the trip even started with scheduling a boat day, golf day, dinners, transportation and more. One of the dinners Alessandra set up, had the most beautiful scenery and was one of the best meals of my life. Regarding the air bnb itself, I am confident in saying it is one of the best places to stay in Cancun. Absolutely beautiful pool overlooking the ocean and beach access. Everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. Amelia (chef on site) made us amazing breakfasts, snacks, and dinners which were phenomenal. Planning the trip, communication with host, food, transportation, the stay itself, were all 10/10 and I would highly recommend to whoever is looking to experience the best Cancún has to offer to book this property. We cannot thank Alessandra and her team enough for the beautiful weekend. They truly helped make my bachelor party a once in a lifetime experience

Amazing stay that has everything you need to feel comfortable and have an enjoyable trip in Cancun!! Alessandra did a terrific job of showing us the house and helped us with anything we needed for the trip. The space is beautiful and is topped off with direct access to the beach. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and impeccably maintained - an extravagant and beautiful retreat right on the beach. The location is perfect, with easy access to hotels, beach clubs, and nightlife. Alessandra, the hostess, was beyond accommodating. She helped us plan excursions, was incredibly responsive to any questions or needs, and was always friendly and helpful, even when we needed to make last-minute changes to our plans. The staff went above and beyond, providing transportation, doing grocery shopping, and preparing outstanding meals for us. I highly recommend Villa Bianca for anyone visiting Cancun - an exceptional stay with excellent hospitality and a stunning property!
