House Of Baja Rentals

Very nice location, responsive host, amazing view. The house had everything we needed but things were a tiny bit messy (kitchen cupboards), which made things a little hard to find. It was overall pretty clean, but not spotless. The house is definitely older, but everything worked well. We loved the patio and pool, and overall had a very good trip. The place had some toys and baby gear which was greatly appreciated, as we were travelling with 2 infants. 9/10 stay, would recommend to anyone and would book again!

Everything was very clean and tidy

A perfect house for our group of ladies. We all appreciated having our own bathrooms. The patio was a lovely place to hang out together and the pool was the perfect temperature. Sergio was a friendly and responsive host. We can't wait to go back!

The villa is stunning, more than the pictures can provide. It's in a neighborhood that has hills so take that into mind if you don't have a car. A 20 minute walk to the beach and to town. Uber is popular here and very accessible, you just can't take it to and from the airport. Each room is spacious and accommodating, beds are comfortable and water pressure strong. The casita by the pool has a king bed and a Murphy bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a fabulous meal. Coffee maker, espresso machine, Keurig, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We really didn't need to leave the place! We decided to heat the pool and it was worth it. The January weather isn't warm enough at night to keep the pool comfortable throughout the day. And the icing on the cake is Sergio, the property manager/co host, is what brings this magical villa together, he is eager to help and make your stay the best it can be! I would like to suggest a safe on the property for guest use.

everything was excellent, just a bit of a walk up and down some pretty steep hills(needed for the wonderful views)to get to restaurants or grocery stores

House of Baja is a beautiful, spacious home with great views, lovely gardens, and a clean well maintained pool. We had a great stay and hope to visit again. Sergio met us upon checking in and was friendly and helpful, he made us feel right at home! Only critique is that attention to detail in cleaning can be improved. Thank you for sharing your home!

Comfortable, clean and a very central location.

Excellent accommodation, the house is very spacious and very well equipped with everything we need to spend a nice week in Cabo. The hosts are very attentive and all the time we paid attention to the fact that we didn't need anything. 100% I recommend this place to spend an excellent vacation in Los Cabos.

Sergio the property manager was waiting for us at the house when we arrived. He gave us instructions on the keys & alarms & information about restaurants & the area-he was Great! The house is a little over a mile from downtown San José Del Cabo so is very walkable. It is also close to a grocery store & Walmart. Uber rides to downtown are very inexpensive raging from $4-$5. We were going to rent a car but were very glad we did not & used Ubers (much cheaper). The house is well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soaps. Kitchen had spices, oils, paper towels etc. It had a coffee machine & espresso. If you like good coffee bring your own. The view from the covered deck is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable & showers were good. We used all 5 bedrooms & accommodated all of us very well. Beautiful house & landscaping- we would definitely stay there again.

This house was amazing! Our host Sergio, greeted us upon arrival and gave us thorough instructions of how to use keys and doors. He was very kind and left us extra chairs and a beach umbrella to use at the beach during our stay. He also gave us some good dining recommendations. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness upon arrival, everything wiped down, clean & fresh. House has been well maintained. It was very spacious, great for our family with comfortable beds and seating. It was also fully stocked; front loading washer and dryer. Kitchen had plates, utensils, beverage appliances. Bathrooms had hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, basic medicines. There is a parking area within the property for a car. The view of SJ del Cabo and sea is beautiful. As for the neighborhood, it is pretty safe, secure for the family, peaceful and quiet. It is also in pretty close proximity to SJ del Cabo Centro and grocery stores. I would definitely stay in this jewel of a home again.
