We stayed for one night; the place is very well maintained and clean. With meticulous attention to detail and the necessary amenities. The view is magnificent, and the location is also excellent for visiting the island. There are many venues and services within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay here! The views and peaceful energy was exactly what I was looking for. I felt very safe in the area. There was no AC but fans worked well. Simona was extremely communicative and made me feel at home.

Simona was an incredible host. We booked last minute and she was very helpful with providing us transportation within minutes of booking. The property was stunning and the amenities were fantastic for having a sunrise breakfast with a view. I’d stay here every time I visit Ometepe in the future!

Great stay

Such an amazing stay. We extended an extra night because we loved it so much. Amazing location, close to everything. Simona was great. Hot water shower is a hugeeeee bonus.

We fell in love with this place! Even though the power went out a couple of times (which is totally normal here), we had such a great time. The house has everything you could possibly need—every detail has been thought of for a perfect stay. We even ended up booking 3 extra nights. The host, Simona, is amazing and makes sure you have the best stay possible!

We stayed at Simona's place for 2 nights. It is a bungalow with kitchen and bathroom. We really liked it and would come back for more. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything necessary. I was always able to contact Simona and she even organized a taxi from the harbor as well as a motorcycle, which we could use during our stay.

All the necessary equipment was available, really everything was thought out! The place was clean, fresh, convenient, and comfortable. Really nothing negative about my stay, there is also a lot of room for tidying up which is convenient when you stay for a long time.

Stay here. The view is amazing, plenty places to eat/drink within 10 minutes if here. So peaceful and just perfect!

This place was an amazing find on Ometepe. It was very centralized and felt like a personal oasis. The design and amenities were very well thought out, I couldn’t think of anything else we needed - Simona has thought of everything! The space is super comfortable, beautiful and clean. We cooked really delicious meals in the kitchen, and felt great using the place as a home base. We were very happy to find this and wish we could’ve stayed for longer. It was hard to say goodbye. I would say this is a total gem and best place to stay on the island.

We spent a weekend at Simona's beautiful place with wonderful views of the volcano. It is very well equipped and nicely decorated - with fast internet connection, kitchen utensils and mosquito repellent. Simona was very accessible and accommodating. Especially when we had to postpone the trip by one day. Thank you very much!

Everything perfect - super clean, modern and functionally furnished tiny house with a fantastic view of the volcano. The garden full of birds, centrally located - and Simona always and lightning fast accessible. And last but not least - great internet. Thank you!
