PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH THE ACCOMMODATION. HOUSE IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION!! I have rented several places for more than 10 years and have never complained or had similar problems. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't good. The pool had cloudy water and you couldn't see the bottom. The furniture in the outdoor area was deteriorated, with broken chairs and several of them with exposed padding. The children's play set and trampoline were broken and in poor condition, and there were other cleaning and maintenance problems. The automatic gate wasn't working either, and they had to send someone to let us out. Because of all these conditions, we decided to leave and look for another place that same night. Everything was reported to Airbnb and I am still waiting for their response!! I don't recommend it. They need to update their photos!!

For those who read this review, we want to provide the full context. The guest arrived 3 days after the start of her booking by her own decision, because she decided to stay longer in San Jose, while our house remained available and reserved exclusively for her throughout that time. When he finally arrived, he stayed on the property for about 10 minutes and immediately requested a refund. He subsequently initiated a claim with Airbnb seeking to terminate the reservation early and recover money from the reservation. Airbnb formally reviewed the entire case and AGREED WITH US regarding the booking. The guest's complaint, therefore, did not result in the cancellation or refund she was seeking. The claim focused mainly on outdoor furniture, permanently exposed to the sun, rain, humidity and conditions typical of a beach area, so it can naturally show wear and tear. It is also significant that no equivalent conditions were noted inside that would justify describing the entire property as a house "in a deplorable state." Those considering booking can compare this review with the review history of guests who actually stayed, slept and enjoyed the property, both before and after this review. The sequence of events also deserves to be considered: he arrived 3 days late by his own decision, stayed for a few minutes, asked for a refund almost immediately, Airbnb reviewed the case and agreed with us, he did not get the money he requested, and then this one-star review appeared. For a Family of 4 (2 Kids) it was a really good size! Lots of space in the Kitchen/ living room. Pool was great! Kitchen good equipped. Everthing fine - good value for money! :)

Excellent and cozy place, great pool, well-designed and well-equipped spaces to feel comfortable. A very conveniently located place. If you have a vehicle, you can quickly reach multiple beaches and beautiful places, while at night you can rest and relax, away from bustling areas. The house has QR codes that help answer almost any question, although in general everything is where you imagine it will be. Otherwise, Kevin was always super attentive and responded very quickly. An excellent host. Definitely a place where I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well equipped, with everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The pool was one of the aspects we liked the most, and we enjoyed it quite a bit. The communication and the check-in process were very good. As a detail to improve, the pool light was not working during our visit. Other than that, we had an excellent experience and would recommend the place.
