Fernando's place is great. Right in front of two different beach breaks and walking distance to the town center. Fernando is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay if going to El Transito

Absolutely beautiful home. Right on beach can surf or swim from the front door. Walk 3 minutes down the beach to restaurants and town. Ideal location. Would love to have stayed longer. Very friendly and helpful host! Hope to return someday.

We had a great stay as a large group. The house has a beautiful and above all huge terrace on which everything actually takes place. You have a direct view of the beach and sea over the huge garden and also direct access to it. Perfect accommodation for those who just want to surf. Fernando himself is a super warm, likable and cool guy and he was always available. He even gave us a tour of the village, showed us the best local food spots and he took us on a surf trip with his car. Anyone vacationing in Nicaragua must stop by this accommodation! Had a great time!

Our stay in El Tránsito was unforgettable! The views were absolutely stunning, with the ocean and village life all around us. The town itself has a laid-back charm that made us feel at home right away. What made the experience even more special was our host, who was so kind and welcoming, and even gave us surf lessons! Learning to surf right there in El Tránsito was a highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for a place with breathtaking views, an authentic village atmosphere, and a host who goes above and beyond, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!
