Lovely apartment! Clean, and a wonderful AC that was wonderful on some really hot days. Cozy bed and shower. A short, $5 Uber ride to loads of great restaurants, bars and the beach. Recommended!

The apartment is as shown in the description and pictures provided. The view is spectacular and unbeatable. Communication with the hosts was always very friendly. An apartment you should book if you go to Los Cabos.

Highly recommended for a pleasant stay

We spent five days in Cabo and our stay was great. The property has an amazing unobstructed view of Land's End (El Arco) from the balcony. Very clean, secure and comfortable. It is in a perfect location, only 10 minutes to the marina and lots of nearby restaurants nearby. We recommend Metate Restaurant which is like 3 minutes away for a nice cozy dinner with live music or Ilios Restaurant for amazing sunset dinner. The best part was our relaxing evenings on the balcony enjoying the views and the lights. Definitely recommend.

This place is EXACTLY what we’ve been looking for! We rent our penthouse out from time to time and need a place that feels like home for a great price. This was it! The decor is lovely. The view was fantastic. Everything we could have needed in the kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out all of the time. Will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!

Perfect stay in El Tezal. The condo was spotless, stocked with everything we needed, and had a great view. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth. Would absolutely stay here again

I would highly recommend this place. It was clean and spacious with a lovely view from a big balcony. It was also quiet and outside the main tourist area of Cabo.

Very responsive hosts that were quick to address minor issues. The condo maintenance person was very helpful and friendly as well. Convenient on-site parking. The apartment was very clean with a decent sized balcony and small kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and linens were of satisfactory quality. Good storage space in each of the smallish sized bedrooms. Shower pressure and temperature was good. The view from the balcony is fantastic and great to watch sunsets. The location is quiet and convenient but is on an unpaved street (which is common in the area) and not walkable. Not a major problem...very easy to get Ubers but if they miss the turn you have to do an entire loop on the highway to get back.

Excellent view, very good accommodation, clear instructions, the apartment is as shown in the photographs. Beautiful view of Los Arcos from the master bedroom and terrace. Very comfortable bed, everything is very clean. We would definitely come back.

The apartment certainly has incredible decor, it's cozy, with everything you need to have a good vacation without worrying about anything. The subdivision is very quiet and comfortable to be able to sleep peacefully and the area is also safe, very close to the tourist area with an incredible view. But without a doubt the best thing about the accommodation is the shower and the hot water 10/10. The accommodation has towels, kitchen utensils and we thought the ice bag in the refrigerator was a super nice touch. I think what makes this place special are the details that make you have a very good time in a very good place. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for everything!
